I hear you about 8 bit being serviceable. If you: 1/ Get white balance sorted before you shoot 2/ Shoot in slog/HLG 3/ Expose properly 4/ Don’t go mad in the grade .. you’ll get great results when exporting your Rec709!

Liked the overview of the camera, do you pick up the kit lens as a go to lens for you zv-e10 or is some other lens like prime lens ?

Thanks! I did not pick up the kit lens. I normally have a Sony 16mm 2.8 lens attached. Sometimes I swap it for the Tamron 24mm 2.8 but it's mostly the 16mm. I already had Sony cameras and lenses when I bought this so I didn't get the kit lens.

I already have the a7xiii and looking to get either zve10 or g7x mark iii for combination of high quality natural photos and good video options. Of the 2 which one would you recommend? The a7xiii is good with video so I don’t want to get rid of it but its a little older…

Great question! Between the ZVe10 and the G7X mark iii I pick up my Sony more. I think the autofocus is better and the swivel screen helps out with certain shots. I also like the video quality better than the G7X. I use the G7X as more of a fun photo camera.
