Okay, the TV room in The Fed is one of the most dangerous places in the prison. I had a Convict, we'll just call him J., that worked for me in the CMSRY. He's sitting in the TV room in 5711, watching a movie, IDK. Any way, he gets up to go to the bathroom, some guy is sitting in his chair, Note: in the Fed everyone gets a folding chair when they get to their unit. They used to be metal, but too many MoFo's were going WWF on each other so we took those and gave everyone plastic folding chairs. He walks up to the guy and tells him, "Buddy you're sitting in my chair". The guy tells J, "No I'm not. This chair belongs to me". This guy just got off the bus, probably from a Medium. J tells this guy that he's gonna get his chair back. The guy stands up and says, "Oh yeah! Whatda you gonna do about it, Little Man?" J is about 5' 7" so this guys looking at the top of his head. Everyone runs out the TV room, NO WITNESSES!!!!!!!! The Unit C.O. runs in the room just in time to see J holding this guy up with one hand while drilling him with his free hand. The C.O. runs back out the room and returns with the boys in Blue. J drops the guy and puts his hands on the wall. What this new tough guy didn't know was J was a very skilled boxer. He was an enforcer for Whitey Bulger. Didn't see J again for about a month, he broke the guys jaw in three places. He told me after he got out of S.H.U., "Mr. K, you should have heard that pussy in S.H.U., "I need my pain pills! I need my pain pills!" The guy was in a cell across the hall from J. Okay, one more quick one. Same unit, 5711. Body Alarm 5711. I come running from CMSRY/WHSE right next door. I get there, theirs an inmate standing by the C.O.'s Office with a bath towel pressed against his head. I'm not a P.A. but I asked the guy to lift up the towel, (which I really shouldn't have done). He lifts the towel, he's got a slit open cut from his jaw to the middle of his head. I said, "God Damn!!!!!!!", out loud, I'm not proud of that. Asked him what happened, he said he was watching TV and someone cut him for no reason. I call B.S. on this. We're looking for the guy, get a call on the radio from the Lt's Office, they say the guy we're looking for out of 11 is standing in front of them. This guy had been here for about a day from a Medium. He said the guy disrespected in the TV room, so he hit him with a sissy shank. The guy told the Lt' "Put me back on the bus. I can't stay here. These guys have no respect". This all happened at a Low. OBTW, 5711 also got a body on them also, but that story is for another time. K. from The Fed, retired, 24y11m.

Locked up in a youth facility there was an upper and lower lounge, lower had tables for card games etc. Upper had the tv with chairs to chill and a phone in the back. They did showers 2 at a time from cells and they go back then the next 2 till the unit is done. As thats happening you get time to bug on the phones awhile. On the far side of the lower are the showers and linen closet to grab clean cloths. So i'm the phone and the two guys going to shower kick it off over a new pair of socks, 1 guy gets knocked out the other to the hole. When i was done on the phone i picked up the socks and went back to my house lmao. All for a new pair of socks.
