Great Race Will, I feel every race at some point gives you a little mental challenge that tests you to reset your composure and yet push harder even in the place that tried to end your race, you have to quickly assess your performance and where you went wrong and do it better next time. This Porsche Cup car has quickly become a big favorite for me in ACC, I even race it in mixed races where almost all the rest drives a GT3. And then see how many of them you can beat. :-)

Guys i dont have a expensive pc or gaming stuff i dont know much about sim aseto corsa cars but a porsche cup (as u call it ) is actually porsche gt3 cup it very similar to the gt3 just a lil bit of extra performance

@@gargipathak7954 Actually the GT3 Cup car is a little bit slower than the 'normal' Blancpain GT3 car. But they are very similar, however, the Cup car has no traction control which makes it a bit different to drive. I think on a track like Spa the Cup car is about 2 to 3 seconds slower per lap.

Nicely done! Assetto Corsa Competizione looks incredible. I am primarily an arcade racer and just recently picked up GT7 and a Fanatec DD Pro rig. I've been impressed with GT7, but this game looks to be on another level.

Definitely get it, it usually comes up on sale a lot with the dlc too! I've got a few friends that have given up with it as they prefer arcade racers but this feels amazing using a wheel and is a very hard game to master but well worth it.

What's a good time for Bathurst? In the real life Bathurst 12 hr race I watched they were all getting 2:04 averages in qualifying. But the record is something crazy like 2:02 or something.. i can get maybe high 2:05's on a rare occasion, but I'm still struggling with 2:06's at best typically. Is that bad?

Great drive Will! Love the track, it's such a interesting technical track driving up the mountain, through snake like curves, twisting back and forth and then working back down again to the start line. You have to keep your wits about you at all times, if not the track will slam you into the walls every time.

After 2 weeks on 992, ferrari look like a Mazda to drive. 992 is oversteel, understeel, lock tyres all the time. Its an amazing car to learn to feel all things in the car. The car don’t take mistake.

Playing VR in AMS2 or even AC really tells you how important well optimized VR support is. I nearly have AMS2 maxed out with VR and with a 2070super. I think the developers need to catch up as much as the hardware.

The sound is really good in this car compared to many in ACC, they did a great job there. I like the sound even more than the Porsche GT3. This track is very fun until you richochet off some walls once or twice. I can't imagine doing more than an hour race here either, let alone 13. The Nordschleife (The Ring) has more relaxation than this track. This was probably obviously against the AI (it has some of the best) as the last lap leader ahead of you most likely would have not have moved to the left and blocked you out from making that last minute pass on the straight, even though you had the draft. What percentage difficulty was the AI at (I'd guess 95% to 100%).

If you are for GT3/4 racing, it is ACC. If you like more variety go to iracing, though iracing is a lot more expensive when you consider every single car you want to purchase is about 8$ (roughly an average) and every single track you want to purchase is going you to cost extra. So either you know exactly what you want and constrain yourself or you need a lot of money, even considering the bundles. In ACC you have DLC between $10 to $20 and they always contain a bunch of cars and most of the time a bunch of tracks, too. And you have to pay a monthly fee for being able to race at all. Iracing has an old engine, which is fast with old hardware and fast in VR, but also old graphics as you can tell. ACC has a much newer grahics engine and needs better hardware, even better CPU bc, of the detailed physics (even for every single ai car) and is worse in VR, for good looking VR with almost stable 90 fps you need a top notch gaming rig with at least a 3080 but better off with a 3090 (ti). That's the downside of ACC. For normal single monitor racing at full hd a mid sized rig (Ryzen 5 3600, 2070 RTX or 3060) is enough for high settings.

Yep. 95% strength with 90% aggression
