This is the main issues with promos, half the time the make whatever deck they made for some top tier shit, and then Bushi makes it not very easy to get them to say the least. I’m glad dear days give decks easy access to their promo cards

The deck feels super solid. Incredibly consistent and best of all, it's super easy to play. You literally just swing with Vanguard and pray for triggers. Not a whole lot of decisions to be made to be powerful.

I haven’t played the deck but I guess one of the biggest issues is then you already have OG overlord in the soul the three other copies becomes bricks

@@janniksotirov overlord has such good hand advantage it's not really that big of an issue. You can use it as discard fodder for PGs or if you don't have a Halbe in hand. He's also a decent rear since his Vanguard effect is also a Rear Guard effect meaning you can swing at the opponents Rears and they can't guard from hard.

the consistency is still iffy since you need ardor and overlord with ardor being unsearchable

At 19:20 what you could've done is to not use Halbe's first skill but use it's second skill to get two 13K boosters like a pro anime moment (Though highly not recommended)

The only issue with Hatchet is the "speed" & other drawbacks of it. "Speed" - Waiting for your opponent to be G3. It's "dead" until then rather being "you or the opponent being G3". Drawbacks: - You needing Overlord in the soul to become active (would've love for it to say "As a Vanguard) - You're ONLY gaining 5k shield at max from all the activations. It would've felt a lot more satisfying if it gained 5k Power AND the Shield to make up for taking Berserk Dragon's slot. - The most annoying part of it (for me) retiring itself to scoop OGlord into soul. I would've prefer it require an Overlord as your VG to scoop OGlord into soul. I only say this due to looking at the other decks in the format and future formats; Overlord and its Rears don't inherently have a built-in crit, guard restrict, multi-hits (asides the basic restand from Overlord), reviving Units, a freakin Crest lol and other stuff along that. Asides from all that, being able to Ride Deck End instead of OGlord makes the G3 Turn pressure a WHOOOOOLE lot more satisfying than it has ever been.

Yeah this is my exact problem when I tried using this unit. So instead I just put two OG Overlord as Ride and for rear later on, then ride The End only since it ability are more useful than. And then I filled it place with what I feel the most useful support rear units for Dragonic Overlord.

@@tatsukinomiya I only needed the OG Overlord as a soul for The End drive ability because Hatchet conditions are wayy too specific (also I don't know if Dragon Empire has any cards that can send a specific card into the soul so I need to manage). That being said with the other cards getting more and more upgrades and supports in Will+Dress (also Dear Days) while the OG Cards for some reason didn't (The OG never get an upgraded or Grade 4 version of themselves except for Chronos for obvious reasons) because of that it works around 5 to 6 out of 10 most of the times... It's sad I know.

Also no, atm there isn't a Drilling Angel for Dragon Empire. There is a new deck for DE that places specifics into the soul tho

@@tatsukinomiya Yeah it's sad... But since overDress format are technically set 3000 years at Planet Cray in lore after the event of.... Link Joker, G and whatever timelines the remake is from? (Times are confusing in anime). We will never get any new updated/stronger versions the OG cards like Alfred, Blasters forms, Overlord forms and Maelstrom because in lore they're all are either dead/missing (unless of course Bushiroad wants more money in which case...)

It's not call of duty my guy, dlc won't affect your matchmaking. Switch version does seem to have a bigger playerbase though.

I haven't played pvp yet but from what I heard it's easier to find a match once you're in master but getting there is a lot harder without finding players.
