Not gonna lie, I was more quiet on this one because of the how well the dialogue was written for certain scenes so I was more attentive and didn't lose track during the conversations (especially between Rudeus and Roxy). Still though, Roxy's "excuse" or explanation as to why she did what she did, seems pretty vague as I think there needs to be further explanation, but maybe we will get more next for the FINAL Peak Fiction Sunday!

I don't know what was going through Bind's head in this episode. - Rush was depressed, they didn't even mention that Rudeus spent weeks depressed without eating. - They skipped the whole interaction between Elinalise, Geese, Talhand and Roxy and how Elinalise "gave her the idea" and also how Elinalise still hesitated to let Roxy know that Rudeus was married. - In one fell swoop we enter "THAT MOMENT" -When Elinalize was trying to convince Rudeus, they skipped the moment where he flatly refused to accept Roxy and she tricked him by telling him that Roxy was pregnant.

Skipped content: Rudy was in the room a week Geese and the others hired some people to go back to the boss room to collect the magic items and the boss's scales. They sold some of it and became rich and split the money. After Rudy's talk with Lila he gathers everyone and plan a way home. It takes a month to get to the bazaar, then they go up the cilf and the armadillo won't move because of the griffins. So they kill a griffin and Geese eats in front of the armadillo to get it moving. When they get back to the northern territories it has been 4 months. During the talk with Elinalise she tells rudy Roxy is pregnant to get him off the fence.

For a context about millis, this millis religion coming from Millis continent you can look at the Mushoku Tensei Map. The place that when Paul and Rudy fighting. They praised the God of Millis. The person that following this religion is Zenith, Norn, Cliff so far. zenith coming from this Continent and she one of nobble there and paul said that this is her homeland in his message, but she choose to out from that family and become and adventure just like paul. In millishion there's a 2 fraction. Fraction that againts demon race and the fraction that ok with Demon race. The current pope is the fraction that ok with Demon Race. 14:10 Paul was the Notos family branch, but he abandoned his family at a young age due to reasons. The current lead of that branch now is Paul's brother, this brother got 2 sons and one of his son is Luke, who we saw in the university serving as a knight for princess Ariel. If any, one reason Luke isn't too friendly to Rudeus is because he knows Rudy is Paul's son and therefore "if Rudy actually wants to" he could potentially hop in and try to take the Notos branch back from him. So if this will happen or not is solely on if Rudeus wants to go through these nasty politics and noble shit, which he showed little interest back in Season 1 when he was chatting with Philip on this topic, as Philip offered him to marry Eris and use him as a pawn to take back the Boreas branch.

I will say this... if Rudues has any desire to take back his families branch, I can't imagine anyone stopping him (from a strength level perspective). He's born with more mana than anyone at this point in the story (except for Orsted- I'd say) and he already has a reputation built up. I do hope the story goes in that direction at one point!

@@LykesonRose It's hard to say since MT almost completely avoids assigning numbers to things or showing numbers for stats (which is really annoying in other isekai since they just throw numbers/stat screens in your face like it's supposed to tell you anything on its own, especially with how ridiculous the power scaling in some can get), and like the only time we do get something like that is "Fitz" only being able to use an equivalent of ~20 advanced spells - but I think Rudeus' mana pool is larger than Orsted's. In Badigadi's discussion before their "duel" at the university, he says Rudeus is the first person he's heard Kishirika say has more mana than even Demon God Laplace. Since Laplace is basically used as a unit of measurement rather than Orsted, I'd assume the mana pool size goes Rudeus > Laplace > Orsted

@@ahmadmanga Kishirika spotted the mana gathering before the teleportation incident all the way from the Demon Continent, as seen in her POV during Turning Point 1. The eye she used to find Rudeus' family at Roxy's request can see anything anywhere in the world, as long as it's not being obscured by something like how the labyrinth's mana made it hard for her to see Zenith's exact location; or Badigadi (the anime cut way too much out of Rudeus' "duel" with him, and part of it was him trying to use the Eye of Foresight on him, only for Badigadi to tell him that he's completely invisible to the demon eyes that Kishirika uses and gives people). Badigadi obviously ran into Orsted before, and Badigadi is Kishirika's fiance, so you could assume the possibility that Badigadi has mentioned Orsted to her before, and Kishirika might have investigated with her all seeing eye. Or you could assume she keeps tabs on the Seven Great Powers sometimes. tl;dr Kishirika doesn't have to actually meet someone since she can see almost anything in the world

6:30 I think this wasn't explained clear in the anime. Basically Elinalise knows someone who was rescued from a crystal before. She mentioned in that case, the person lost all memories in the past and started in a totally blank mental state, just like Zenith looks like right now. "It's a lost cause" means that according to what Elinalise knows, even if Zenith were able to function mentally as a human in the future, the lost memories are always lost and she will never be the Zenith we know again. 7:10 the armadillo is a common mount used in the Begaritt deserts, they bought one because they need a wagon or something so Zenith could travel with them through the desert (reminder it's a one month travel in the desert). Originally they planned to leave the armadillo in the desert and it will potentially die there, but Rudy thought that's too sad for it so he brought the armadillo home, it became one of the family pet.

1:10 One thing I like about Mushoku is that unlike most Isekai stories, this story ties in heavily about past lives regret and stuff. He's reflecting his attitude on his previous life's parents when he lost his parents in this life. It's really very good comparision.

14:20 I don't know if there's supposed to be any tradition or law in terms of using the names, but it seems that if you maintain your family name, you're a noble on some level. When Paul ran away, he was just "Paul." It wasn't until getting to Roa that he used his full name again, and he bore the Greyrat name after receiving his position as a knight. Rudeus uses his family name more out of being used to having a family name in the first place than placing any aristocratic value to it. But his blood is still potent. He is the first son of the first son of Amarant Notos Greyrat, so he would have more blood-claim to the house than Pilemon or his sons.

You did a great job, not jumping to conclusions regarding Roxy and Rudy, unlike some other reaction channels that I watch. Just another point to add, regarding why Elinalise wanted the two of them together. Roxy and Elinalise were practically best friends for quite some time as they traveled together with Tallhand for years. You can see that Roxy was crying in the tent when Elinalise was talking with Rudy and Elinalise couldn't stand hearing her best friend cry herself to sleep each night, which is why she did what she did.

For a bit of context from the novels as a novel Reader I fell they left out a LOT of very important scenes and details, they even changed the context of many scenes for example Roxy's reaction when sh found out Rudy was Married. The search partty was drinking in the tabern reminicing about the past and what to do next, specially about Rudeus, It have been a few days and he is not responding to anyone, they are worried then Gease Points out that in times like this is inportant for a man to... "get lucky" Elinalise Replied that she cudn't be the one to do it. Roxy didn't understood what they were talking about so she asked them, Gease and Tallhand averted their eyes so Roxy look at them suspeciouslly -Elinalise dou you have a plan to help Rudy? -No, I dont. Geasse elavorated telling Raxy that men are simple creatures, just give them some booz and a woman to bed and they woud get the rush they need to keep going, Roxy understood but was a bit flusterd, she recognize it may help Rudy bud her hearth ache to the tought of Rudy and another woman doing it. Gease pointed out how strange was that Elinalise was not all over Rudeus at a time like this, she prowd herself in being good at "consoling the hearths of wounded men" she had done it more than once and was confident if she did it cud help Rudeus but this time she cud not do it. she woud be betraying Cliff, she woud be betraying Sylphie and even Rudeus woud not be able to Cope with that, she knew that sleeping with Rudeus woud be a mistake that they cud never take back, as much as she wanted to help Rudeus she cud not be the one -Even I have people I can't bed - why not Rudy? you know how much he is sufering? Said Roxy with a Glare -Becouse... Becouse the person Married to Rudeus is my grand daughter Roxy droped her cup spilling it all over the table -what? Gease sujested and got scollded by Elinalise, after a while they decided Rudeus will have to get up on his feet allone thers not much they cud do. but Roxy cudn't agree to it. Roxy was A LOT more agresive in the anime, in the novels she came to try to chear him up, she wasn't planing to get that far or rather she tought Rudy woud not be interested in her that way. Rudeus heard her hearth beat when she hugged him it fellt really confortable... he wanted more that whe he "not Roxy" pull her hand and she fell into his lap looking at his face this close she cudn't hold her feelings any longer and neather cud Rudy. she said some nonsence about being an "experienced woman" out of nervousness and excitemen but Rudeus was't leasening reason abandoned his mind and he trew Roxy into the bed. another Major thing left out is that after they did it Rudeus indirectlly told Roxy about his past liffe, he framed it as an unrelated story about a scumbag of a man who afer trauma neglected his parents to the point of not even going to their funeral, about how his brothers beat him and trew him to the streets and how that this man now made a liffe in a far away land thinking he had changed but now that he lost some one important to him he finally feeling all the regrets about his past Roxy said that if it was her, she made the trip back to talk to her familly, Rudeus said and even if the man cud go to visit his familly its unlikelly he cud make it back, and that the man has a liffe and a new famillynow. Roxy leasend carefully and said "the onlly thing YOU can do now is cherrish the familly you have right in front of you" Im in shock they lef this part out, its so important to Rudeus as a character. Thers some details about the trip home like a girls night out at the bazar and Rudeus getting ataked by a sucubus, tallhand being imune to their charms and so one. rudeus descition to take Roxy as a second wiffe was abit diferent in the novels, when he was talking with Elinalise he felt conflicted about Roxy and Sylphie, most opf the conversation went one just like in the anime but the conclusion was a bit diferent, Rudeus wanted to cherish both and deep down he wanted to be with both, he loves Sylphie but he allso loved Roxy, his love for them was diferent but equal if you ask Rudeus who does he live more? he cudn't pick one over the other but even then the one he owes his loyalti is Sylphie. he told that to Elinalise and then she droped a bomb. -I wasn't planing to tell you, but Roxy havn't had her monthly vistor this month, its not certain jet. Rudeus If roxy is pregnant what will you do? -I... I will take Responsability -meaning? -will Marry Roxy.... but whether Sylphie and Roxy will agree its a diferent story -indid, I will go get Roxy. this was the final push that convinced Rudeus, he cudn't bring himself to ask Sylphie if he cud take a second wiffe, not after betraying her lika that, not after he told her she was his onlly one, but if Roxy was pregnant that is a diferent story, it was his doing and he needs to take responsability. he called Paull scum so many times beffore but in the end, both speek the same lenguage, Rudeus prove to be no better, he tought about him as scum for even trying this but scum or not this is the path he chose and once this descition was take he will follow ttrough, he wasn't looking forward to telling Sylphie about it... if she decide to leav him he cudn't blame her for it, but this is something he needs to do.

Some novel readers are really mad they cut a lot out I’m just glad anime only ppl really enjoyed the episode Skipped content 1.If I remember correctly it’s been like 2-3 weeks since Rudy has eaten that’s why he is so malnourished 2.lots of Rudy’s depression was skipped but I feel like u got some of the main points off the first part 3.Roxy geese and Elinalise are at the bar sitting down trying to figure out how they can help Rudy geese mentions when men are down in the dumps that women can help bring them bacc to life so he tries to pled with Elinalise to sleep with Rudy but she obviously says no and so Roxy is just there wondering why she would say no and Elinalise explains that Rudy is married to her granddaughter and is expecting a child and that she will not sleep with her family roxy the drops the cup she had in her hands after she understands Rudy is married and then starts drinking again after ordering a new drink the strongest liquor they had then she decides she will help Rudy 4.Elinalise tricks Rudy into thinking Roxy is pregnant to help him get with her 💀 5.Rudy bought an armadillo and calls him dillo and 6.Rudy when doing it with Roxy was really ruff with her just had to add that lol 7.elinalise had this to say (before shilpy was my granddaughter Roxy was my best friend) elinalise didn’t know shilpy existed till later on and she really became best friends with Roxy on there journey together so that her main reason why she wants Roxy with Rudy

Where are people getting this detail that Elinalise told her to bed Rudeus? Sure, she repeatedly suggested that Roxy could pursue romance with her student once they find him, but after actually finding him and seeing him marry Sylphie, Elinalise wouldn't dare to make such a suggestion. She only denied that herself or Lilia would be of any use in helping Rudeus. And Geese had surmised a random girl won't do.

Ngl, they made Rudeus here a bit of an a*hole in the first half due to the skipped stuff of how Roxy got to know Rudeus's marriage. Geese suggested Elinalise to "cheer" him up but Elinalise said she can't because he's married to her granddaughter, which led to Roxy finally just discovering this. She then felt stupid pining for him all this time, while everyone was just observing and not telling her, bringing her to tears. So yeah, Roxy went in knowing these info, took advantage, and even seduced the vulnerable Rudy into bed. Then Elinalise went in with the "Oh you ain't Millis believer? You can take another wife." and encouraged Rudeus to take Roxy. Well I guess he's still an a*hole with how he just decided to propose to Roxy without even consulting his actual wife, so next ep is gonna be entertaining. Some left out topic during Roxy and Rudeus's conversation in his room after the deed, was him asking about a fictional man's situation. Though if anyone would be interested in the passage or view the complete events in the chapter starting from the skipped stuff I left above, it's Vol. 12, Chapter 11, in the LN. Though these skipped stuff are pretty much expected since they have to wrap up 6 more chapters from Vol. 12 and these are a lot.

what I like about this series is that, the storytelling and how the story goes is very realistic compared to other animes(like shonens and others,,,,) for example how people die and difficulties which Rudy faces. (and off cource the worldbuildings too) this is PEAK isekai for me🎉 I'm japanese and sorry for awkward english😂

I haven't read the LN, but from what I heard there is a lot of missing context for situations that would make more sense from what the anime showed.

@LykesonRose yes, one example is how Paul was the only one able to cut through the hydras neck, even though him and alinalese were considered pretty equal. In the LN it's explained that Paul found a magic sword in the market there. The sword couldn't cut through paper but it can cut through steel. It's magic power was that the stronger the material it's cutting the sharper it becomes.

1:35 I like how you actually noticed he hasn't been eating. In the LN it was mentioned that Rudy was so devastated after Zenith wakes up, that he just couldn't eat for 1~2 weeks, and of course he shut himself in for the whole time being. The other people in the squad were even discussing what to do with him, but that discussion got cut, too bad. Basically everyone except Roxy believed he will move on eventually by himself, but Roxy knowing Rudy's fragile mental state from when he was young, decided that if nobody does anything, she has to step in before Rudy actually offs himself.

I think the anime did a decent job and showing the viewer how skinny Rudeus looked compared to his current physique that he's been building the past few years. From what I read, it seems quite a bit of info was left out of the episode, which makes sense, even as an anime only certain parts felt rushed or like it was missing some additional info.

Watching this episode was painful, so I will not watch the reaction, but I will say this: I would advice you to go and read the chapters that first half of this episode covers yourself, as LN is 10000000 times better here. It's chapters 10 & 11 from vol. 12. Seriously, just read those 2 chapters.

4:25 If you think about it, both S1 and S2 episode 23 has this plot of Rudy being taken advantage of an older love interest and in the nicest way basically he was seduced, but it does almost feel like a sexual assault in my view, since both Eris or Roxy (at least in the anime) ignored Rudy's signals of "he's not in the mood of this yet" and forced themselves on him. In a way it is really messed up. 5.05 Roxy was suggested the idea by Geese (is a cut discussion within the squad on how to help Rudy) that when men are in depression, the best way to cheer them up is to sleep with women. Originally Geese suggested Elinalise be the opponent, since she usually does that back in the days, but due to Sylphie is Elinalise's granddaughter, they already made clear to not cross that line, and Elinalise refuses to do it (for good reasons).

I don't know what was going through Bind's head in this episode. - Rush was depressed, they didn't even mention that Rudeus spent weeks depressed without eating. - They skipped the whole interaction between Elinalise, Geese, Talhand and Roxy and how Elinalise "gave her the idea" and also how Elinalise still hesitated to let Roxy know that Rudeus was married. - In one fell swoop we enter "THAT MOMENT" -When Elinalize was trying to convince Rudeus, they skipped the moment where he flatly refused to accept Roxy and she tricked him by telling him that Roxy was pregnant.
