This is my favorite ending to an episode. Very unfortunate that everything was going mostly well until Betelgeuse took over Subaru's body. And the fact that Julius had to kill Subaru despite not wanting to kill him makes it even sadder. + Stay Alive (ED2) in the background I look forward to seeing Julius and Subaru interact more in season 3. They're my fav duo. Subaru is such a tsundere towards him 😂

Dude! this show succeeds quite well in creating that feeling of desperation hahaha! Remember to watch the OVAs before starting the 2nd season.
