I watched Chip Kelly since his Oregon Ducks days. WoW Chip Kelly, the former head coach of the Oregon Ducks, implemented a no-huddle offense that confused opposing defenses with its speed and explosive running game. Michael Vick In 2013, Vick became the starting quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles. Raiders just need a QB similar to what Kingsbury got in Daniels. In FA Sam Darnold or Fields or Russ Wilson or Aaron Rodgers or Stanford. In Draft one of the top QB Dart or Milrose or Sanders or Ward. It's getting pretty interesting what Brady Spytek and Carol and the Ocean 11 investors now got Chip Kelly has their new OC I like it this move is their best move yet. This opens up a lot of options for the Raiders can do now a lot more on Offense. This is a Dream team of coaches the Raiders have put together

AOC can run a fast-paced offense with how well his play action pass and strong throwing. As long as he gets an RB or a WR1 so he doesn't have to run the ball himself for more than a couple yards.

Why the hell do people think he's gonna destroy the team when Pete Caroll and Spytek are in charge of rosters. All Chip Kelly has to do is call plays and scheme. Hes not the GM, Head coach or owner. It doesnt take more than one brain cell to figure out his jobs then and now are completely different roles.

Great hire. To me this means Raiders take a QB in either Round 1 or 2. Even if that guy doesn't start week 1 next year. Aiden could actually thrive in his offense, because his offenses move fast, are run heavy, and Aiden can get rid of the ball quick.

He’s not going to fit what Chip Kelly’s offense is. Darnold hangs on to the ball way too long, it’s his worst attribute by far. Plays hero ball. Chip wants a guy who will make quick decisions and run effective RPOs. Looking at a guy like Shadeur or Jaxson Dart for sure in the draft. In free agency, it would make more sense to get a bridge guy like Justin Fields.

Because of this, you want a QB that you can really plug and play and the best for that is a QB with previous chemistry with receivers. This style of offense requires a high level of execution most running QB's don't have Because of the tendency to hold the ball. 2025 is going be the year of O'Connell
