I have the Merkur/Pierre Paulin (salmon dial) version of this watch. Same Seagull St17 movement. Cost $129. I wear it now and then and have been happy with the quality, considering the price.

I have the Pierre Paulin too in salmon. Only difference is that I think in the Sugess the minute hand doesn’t get right in front of the hour window and block it like in the Merkur. It was a missed opportunity to show that on the video.

I really appreciate that you keep showing Seestern and Sugess. I know most Seesterns are Homage / Clomages, but still appreciate it. And I whole heartedly agree, the windo me needs to be a little bigger. Still a fantastic watch. Thanks!

i really wish you showed us how does the hour jump. that is one of the most essential things to see when talking about a jump hour watch. Is it a crisp change of the hour or it takes a minute or two to center the number in the tiny window.

This is my favorite brand. Wish they had stuck with their script logo, particularly on their dressier options. Have about a dozen of their watches.

It's confusing why they put any lume on these. It's a bit pointless if you can't see the hour.

I love the watch, but as he mentions the hour window is small. The Sugess Jump Date has a large number window. They are very pointy and sharp. The case is a little cheap compared to the jump hourt

Perhaps they didn't lume the hour because what's the point as when it changes it won't glow as it was occluded from light previously

I'm fine with the complication but the watch? Well, the guilloche one certainly looks like a certain swiss piece. And if I didn't like the thousand dollar one, why would I like the cheap one? But still, if you're into this style of watch, go get it. Or wait a few months until they upgrade it with sapphire crystal.

The Hour window is too small, usually it is a sign of the quality of the watch, the bigger the jump hour window the more expensive it is 😅

In Toronto canada I buy a super super clone I bring it to a rolex expert he say it was real rolex . Unbelievable. Your super clone look just like mine. You a expert but a regular person like me will never know. Imagine on amzwatch
