I have serial number 2 camera and I can give full 5/5 points for the thing! Sure there is faster more expensive cameras but this is the easiest high speed camera to use and the price is also really good compared to anything else.

+BreckRB We use Phantom cameras also and they are also really great but most of our slow motion videos are filmed with Chronos. We don't get enough money per video to buy or rent phantom for every video and even the newest phantoms that are quite easy to use are still bit slower to setup than chronos.

Gordon Hatcher Doesn't matter if my monitor is only 240Hz, higher frame rates help with frame time so my 4ms reaction times aren't held back.

No one recorded room audio first to build a noise profile to filter out the background noise in production. That takes a bit of time ofc, at 1 video per day maybe it doesn't fit into LTT's fast paced work flow yet.

Yep, there's a lot of noise in the background. Most likely they aren't using any kind of noise reduction. Its maybe because either there's a lot of noise in the background when they were recording, or they overused limiters so the audio is loud, but so is the noise.

38000 f/s at 336x96 but 1057 at 1024is still decent. but 3k for 4 seconds or add 400-1000 for longer is expensive. but compared to other cameras it is cheap.

Well, it's basic math. Your RAM limit is 32GB, and you can't record this fast anywhere other than RAM.

Spirit Maybe they can find a cheaper RAM solution. It'll be difficult but might be doable with more FPGA trickery. But if RAM prices are already minimum, FPGA tricks may allow more resolution instead.
