I was stationed in Naples , Italy for two years in Barracks duty. Loved the country. Didn't want to leave. Amalfi Coast, Capri Island, Rome, Florence all of it is beautiful. Travelled all over Europe while their. Definitely planning on going back. Thanx for your great vids brutha. Stayed at the Vatican with the Royal Guard for four days during Christmas Mass. Pope John Paul II gave all of us Marines a fine piece of jewelry that I'll always treasure.

Hey Czech, you living the dream bro.. so happy to see this place again in the Amalfi Coast. So as I think you explained already, the Naples up to the north is pronounced "Napoli" in Italian and that's where the Amalfi Coast line begins to the south to Sorrento and Salerno. I'm so glad you think this place is "priceless" because it is man.. My dad was originally from Milan up in northern Italy and I was lucky to visit these places from childhood. But guess what.. now I live in Los Angeles because I'm a TV composer but every time I see the european coast from Spain to Italy I just freak.. My wife and I are looking to buy a property in France soon.. and you are welcomed to drop by if you come by the neighborhood. Thanks for the videos! Subscribed 👊

This brings back great memories! When I was stationed in Naples Italy at the Navy base, friends and I went to the Amalfi coast every other weekend. It is one beautiful place and the people are amazing.

Yes, it was the life. I was a young Marine on security duty on a Navy base. Traveling around Italy was paradise. The women back then enjoyed meeting American service men.😊

The Amalfi Coast is beautiful. I was there one summer in the mid-1970s. I took a local bus from Napoli to Vietri Sul Mare and spent some time there and then on to some other areas and back to Napoli on another local bus. Greetings from Los Angeles

Czech you are right Salerno accommodation is cheaper than Amalfi and Positano. Thanks for continuing to show us more of Italy. Yes Naples is Napoli in Italian.. Capri is not on the Amalfi Coast. The town of Amalfi is bigger than Positano. Positano is more vertical, colorful and beautiful than Amalfi. It is easier to get to the Amalfi Coast by ferry from Salerno than from Napoli. I am enjoying your videos. Thanks.
