Just found your website on You Tube and watching the calm style that you present stuff as well as the videos got me hooked. Absolutely fantastic bench made and made in true Swedish style. I'm looking forward to seeing future videos.

I should try doing this with a reclaimed piece of furniture. Very therapeutic!

That turned out beautifully! I love the clean lines dressed up a bit with the splines. The result is as beautiful as it is functional. Great work! And those miter clamps are awesome. I’m gonna have to try to find something similar. Excellent video!

Very nice. As a free tip, while crosscutting on the sled, just clamp a block to the fence so you don't need to move it back and forth for each cut

Beautiful bench! Well done! And a lovely use of the old to make the new. I'm doing the same at the moment making a bed out of a big old oak table top.

It really looks great, thanks for the video! What about the stability if you sit on it and wiggle a bit to left an right. I have no experience with splines but would be a bit in fear that these joints may break…

Amazing video 🔥 - one of the best but where is your dado stack? Have you lost it? 😮

Thanks! I must have misplaced my dado stack :) This was as close as I could get with a 4mm blade ;)

Fann nyligen din kanal och är helt fast:) Har ett liknande ekbord och blev väldigt inspirerad, skapade du ritningen från scratch i fusion eller gick den att importera på något vis?
@TheSwedishMaker Жыл бұрын

Holt shit. Over $1000 for a bench that is 100% reliant on some splines to hold the weight of a person. Times have changed.

An awesome design of this bench,..but I don¨t know why you have to dissmantle an old coffe table??? Couldn¨t you use a new material for this bench......?
