I'm amazed that there is no California team, Bowl eligible yet The State California to compete in the Big 10 and in the ACC is more than the State bargain for.

Because LA is part of California and the state of California is a disaster. High crime, expensive, homeless epidemic, drug epidemic. Young athletes want nothing to do with that and parents aren’t going to want to send their kids to troublesome situations. Fix your state and maybe find long term-success with your college football programs in California.
