Alex you may want to consider airing down your tires. Even on dirts roads you will have a better footprint and it will improve traction going up hills that have alot of loose material. Thanks for the video.

Love the video! Hope you’re able to get you some new tires soon, it’s that time of year where weather will demand it. Especially someone like you who is wanting to go exploring as much as you do. Look forward to many more uploads!

Great video, and don’t worry about the level of difficulty, it’s all about getting out and enjoying this beautiful world we live in! When you go by yourself, make sure and let someone know where you’re going. Great video and I look forward to your next adventure.

Did you show the worst parts, and were there quite a few non high clearance vehicles? It looks like just a dirt road and perfectly fine for wife mini van. I saw one in the video. Mini van is much better for family camping than my little Xterra. Thoughts? I'd hate to pack up and drive the hour and not be able to do the road. Thanks!!

Great video! Would you say a light dual-sport motorcycle like the Yamaha XT250 can tackle this trail? I have been thinking about it for sometime but somewhat apprehensive. I took my bike to Caribou Mine to try and find a camp spot, didn't make it halfway through; extremely rocky and steep in most areas.

That was a Toyota Camry leaving the trailhead. Not an offroad trail.

It’s not a trail that’s a dirt road. That’s perfect for Californians and Texans like yourself. Elderly people take their Subarus up there. It is not a trail.

Thats not offroading that's just a dirt back road here. Have you not just drove around in the forest here before? You dont even need 4wd to drive that stuff. This is funny.

@@mrsantosjon If a car can do it then its just a dirt road.

@KingKatRider just drove there today reservoir trail in OnX off road app. I don't see cars or sedans making that trail lol. You need an Suv or truck, sedans would break their oil pans, even would slide just climbing a rocky hill I don't know what trail your talking about.

I'm sorry you said this was a one way in one way out road wasn't that a Nissan Sentra and 90s minivan that made it through that trail and you're saying this is a more than a class 2 to your standard the deep drop off is not what the trail should be classified it should be the road itself so if hello writing Nissan and a minivan can drive up and make its way down I'm calling this video suspicious
@AlexSAdventures Жыл бұрын
You must be new here. Yes this is an easy trial. Everything scares me😂😂 including small cliffs

Alex, Trails off road rates this trail as moderate (3 out of 10), and there is no shame in being cautious. Great video!
@jimgraves64647 ай бұрын
😂 thats funny thats a 2
@kx89607 ай бұрын
The rating isn't about any dropoffs, because (hopefully!) you won't be driving the dropoffs! The rating is of the surface you drive. If the ratings included the dropoffs, then Schafer Trail in Moab would probably be an 11, because if you're afraid of heights, do NOT do that road. Black Bear on CO is a lot more technical, but there isn't the vertical dropoff on the edge like Schafer or, worse, Cliffhanger. Want easy? Go up Fall River Road and over Trail Ridge. EXTREMELY scenic. The dirt road is only one-way, from RMNP (near Estes Park) to the top/visitors center, then it's paved from there.

@@AlexSAdventures Do NOT do Schafer Trail in Moab then... Not technical (but bumpy at the top), but it's narrow (heading down you have to pull over for uphill traffic - not fun) and the 1,000'+ dropoffs are VERTICAL right at the edge of the ledge.
