I’m glad you realized you weren’t happy and were strong enough to leave for your sanity. As another commenter pointed out you brought a fresh new perspective. I have watched less and less of their content. They have changed from their independent unbiased videos to corporate shills. I am glad I found your channel as I commented on your BFG KO3 snow test video. Looking forward to more content.

Alex, I've been wondering about you for a while. I sincerely enjoyed and appreciated your perspectives in your content at your previous employer, and missed them here on your own channel. What you just shared was incredibly admirable, respectful, and anything but chaotic. I completely understand the impact of your grief for your grandmother and that it had such a profound impact on things for you. You experienced three of the biggest stresses in Life all at once: loss of a dear loved one, moving to a new community, and starting a new job/career. I admire your courage in tackling the latter two so soon after losing your grandma. It sounds like you are in a better place emotionally and professionally, and for that, I am very happy for you. I hope you continue on your journey to manage your grief. That kind of loss stays with us the rest of our lives, but if we are successful in managing it, it eventually morphs from constant pain to fond memories and gratitude for the time we had with those loved ones. Never forget her and all the things she shared with you that make you who you are. You are a special person who cares about others. The world needs more Alexes. Stay true to yourself, and you cannot go wrong. As for the misogynist trolls out there, please ignore them as much as you can. Find an offroading community that is more accepting. They do exist (e.g., Rebelle Rally). Too many on the Internet exhibit the bravery of anonymity and take their own self-loathing out on others. "Strong people don't put others down... They lift them up." -Michael P. Watson You showed your strength in this video. Thank you, and I hope to keep seeing you and your strength. Be well.

I know what you went through with your grandmother, i use to do hospice work with terminal cancer patients as a volunteer and you have to be open about it and not be shocked or easily shaken, i lost my mom in Feb/2021 who was 99 and as she said I've had a good run and she was just shy of her 100th birthday and we had a relationship that my other siblings couldn't believe, I am 7th of 8 kids, this past late spring i lost my brother who i was close to and dearly miss to this day and i understand the healing you experience currently and will for some time to come, time heals all, trust in it and yourself, the opportunity you've had and wasn't a good fit was just a brief chapter in your young life and the positiveness can be heard in your voice during this video , your the authentic article and the world and youtube needs more like you, originality is rare these days and you have it in spades, just be you and things will work out as they should, just have fun the off roading will keep you humble and smiling while experiencing mother natures best , Colorado has lots of that, Alex will find her next groove, i just stumbled across your channel an hour ago 👍 good videos and content

Hi Alex! I found your channel while looking for seat covers for my new to me 2018 Tundra. Noticed your off-roading videos and have watched a lot of them this week. Outstanding footage and editing, love the scenery and the honesty while learning how to off road and learning the capabilities of your truck. Look forward to more videos in the future. This video was heavy and amazing at the same time. Be safe in your travels and good luck in your future wherever that may lead you!

Seeing your IG feed I was getting the healing vibe from all of your posts from the ocean, and I’m glad it helped you. Alex...I first stumbled across you through your former employers video when you brought your Tacoma through their 4wd course. It was great to see a female doing this. Not all men think the same and if the fit was not good then it was wise to move on. I started to follow you on IG as well and truly enjoy your incredible photography work. Among so many videos and posts, yours always make me smile in a very natural way, which brings hope to so many. I personally think you are much better off moving forward, you are young and I am certain your future will be very bright, with the incredible way you bring your videos to life. This video in particular, the editing, the beauty of this trail, and mostly the choice of music and how you edit it all together is something very few people have the creativity to do with such passion. Once again I walk away with a smile and joyful feeling like no other videos give me. Even though it is a sad or touchy subject, it just reminds me how good some people truly are inside, even among how crazy everything has become in recent years. I wish my videos could make people feel like yours do! I'm glad you have moved on, that channel is one I tend to watch less and less too be honest, and you will do amazing things going forward. I can see you being your own boss, running the show with all your creative abilities in the video/photography space. It sounds like you are back east to the ocean playground you seem to enjoy so much. Very happy you are following your heart. People like you deserve the world, and if you still enjoy the automotive world I would love to see you get into the EV side of things! Very open minded people in the EV space and also the EV Overlanding space is growing by leaps and bounds now. I'm sure if you went that route you would be awesome! Cheers to you girl!

Thanks for sharing your journey and what's been going on. I usually just assume the "life gets in the way" thing but what you went through was more than that. Sounds like you're on a different and better path now. I do have to say that it was weird to hear someone say they don't want any women involved in their little group. Personally I'm glad to see a channel like yours and others in the mix. All points of view have value and more perspectives always help a community grow. Food for thought and the road. 💪

So I don't know where are you employed by if you were on a different channel KZbin channel so to speak canara viewed some of your other videos on this channel going to subscribe for a while hope you make this challenge your own if it already is yours on channel you have to show people that they can do what you can do and you have to get over the fears of off-camber leaning over a cliff into a river and not say you're not going to do that again you got to show people if you can do it then it's possible for anybody else to do it there are a lot of sketchy situation even on a basic off-road trail been in similar situations the adventure will only go so far if you don't take that little risk if you don't take the risk the adventure stops there it sounds like you believe in yourself this is why I subscribed all the best I hope to see more of your adventures
