Those seem to be really nice for the price especially. Love the shape and those pickups wow. Those straps are my all time favorite, I use a gold and black 1 sorta like that from the same company. Great vid, nice shred. You changed something in your tone but I like it

It's very similar looking to the old Ibanez DT350, of which I still have one. They just added that little bottle opener in the back. Even the pickups look the same.

That guitar looks great. It's a cross between a dime and and a hetfield style EX. The pickups are %100 Dimebag. I have that strap too. it's really good. BTW thanks for stopping by the Live.

the high voltage is supposed to be a Washburn culprit, I love my purple burst revenge such an awesome guitar, so perfect I sold my 20 year old classic Les Paul, I put in several hours a day on the revenge and it only plays better the more the fretboard and neck get worn in.

I’m not near new to the channel, but I am new in the comments section. Metal Dude just can’t seem to be able to stay out of trouble around your house 😂!! Maybe you should put a list of RULES on the wall for him to fallow. Metal Dude can read Right?? I have this same exact guitar and in the same exact color mate. It’s from Westcreeks 1st production run of these, and everything is the same except the headstocks black not purple. Which is ashame because I mean… who doesn’t like a matching headstock? I’ve always been a fan of 2 master volumes and 1 tone because it reminds me of a Washburn or a Dean. Dimebags guitars have always been setup with that configuration, even though Dime always disconnected the tone knob. Some of the 1st run of these “High Voltage” guitars from Westcreek have had grounding issues?, but not mine brother.! I guess I was just one of the lucky 🍀 ones that didn’t have any problems with the guitar at all. I’m a huge Pantera/Dimebag (Vinnie Paul) fan and would love to see you review a Firefly FFVX guitar on the channel. It’s literally a Washburn/Dean replica/copy and I think that if you did grab one.. it would do well on the channel.? It’s defiantly a guitar that fits the name TBS.! I use that as my main tuning as it sounds the best for Power Metal, my favorite style! I am trying to re-learn how to play guitar properly (been playing since high school but never took it seriously until recently, and it feels like I'm starting over from scratch!) and it would be a confidence boost to see one of my Shred heroes play in the same register! Love the neck and finish. I've always had issues with Explorers in the lap, although not as much as the V. Hardtail4Lyfe, so I'd pass on the Floyd Rose. Those inlays are really sweet. Pickups sounded pretty solid. You didn't accidently relic it like @Dave6SS, did you? 😂😂 The first jam was fire, brother. 🤘

Be sure to carefully inspect the fret ends after you buy a Westcreek. The last (and only) one I bought, a Cerberus, the frets had lifted and the high E was catching under them. Seems to be a issue with this model too (read the Amazon reviews for the Floyd Rose version), so inspect thoroughly before the return period ends!

I bought one of those and it sounded good but it had some issues. I could have fixed it but instead just decided to return it. The one I got had grounding issues on both volume pots. When the pots were turned all the way down the sound still came through. That is a simple grounding issue with the grounding lug on the pot and I could have fixed it. The other issue I had is the tuners were trash. They were really sticky when turning and not stable. Like I said I could have fixed the grounding issue and could have replaced the tuners. I honestly just didn't feel like messing with it since it was an impulse buy. I just sent it back and gave the guitar a bad rating on Amazon.

My guess is that the pickups are Fleor dual rails, I think the output of those is like 15-16K. The guitar definitely reminds me of the Washburn Culprit. 🤘
