You're right, hopefully the voters aren't gullible as you think and voting for the last ad that they see... Is that what you think about the voters? Perhaps they will vote their beliefs and not volume of ads. The excess of political ads and misleading messages actually turn me off. I think there should be some serious limits on campaign dollars and volume of ads and make the ads to the point and count, don't you? Maybe candidates should be limited to a standardized form outlining their history, and current office platform and goals and plans to execute. Then 5 official KZbin advertisements, and 2 debates, and done. How about someone make a case for simplified, less hype more content elections, rather than pumping the public and deep pocket donors (who should be excluded)?

Our messaging severely has to change and after this election I'm not going to be quiet. I'm not going to be complacent, after each election cycle everyone gets so fatigued, understandably, because we fight so hard. And it's a lot to ask people to stay engaged every single day as much as they can with politics because it's literally what is shaping the country and our future and our children's future. The fact of the matter, something that a lot of people are not talking about and we really need to start talking about it, is that Republicans have more fire in taking control and having power. They are the ones that get up every single midterm elections and they go and they vote Republican. As far as I know, and if I'm wrong someone please educate me, especially during midterms the Democrats have much lower voter turnout, and this is the reason why Republicans keep getting control of the Senate and the house every two to four years, even when we have a democratic president!
