If you watch closely, **spoilers ahead** when he gets under the psi-influence again, in his last efforts he puts his gun to his own head. Shit's really heavy.

Wait until you see Scar rolling around with Shakesperian (He's nuts) acting during that cutscene in the trainyard before the Duga mission.

Nah, meeting Scar in the ending part when sticking with the Ward is way more hilarious. Won't be spoilering though:)
@charlesdanielsarino295115 күн бұрын
@andrewerohin2459 yep, that one too. That was the Magnum opus of him being nuts. Literally Shakespearian with a 💀.

Well, there are a few scenes that deserve Oscar. The dialogs between Strider and Skiff, Scar and Skiff at the end of the game. They are really tragic and hit hard...

I don't understand why the Monolith logo is in russian in the preview? In the game it's in Ukrainian
@bread.956214 күн бұрын
Probably the same reason noontide has a ukranian symbol in their logo, making stalker some sort of "national product"
@NoHope121914 күн бұрын
@bread.9562 Stalker 2 is literally a representation of Ukrainian culture in some sense. Considering all factors, it is a national product

@@NoHope1219 you get what i mean, they changed *some* stuff to make it more ukranian
@NoHope121914 күн бұрын
@bread.9562 But I don't understand why you just didn't put what is actually in the game. Like, it's not difficult, and somehow more respect for the developers who released this game despite the war

The whole game just seems better in Ukrainian but ya this cutscene was pretty good and more than enough to convince these former Monolith soldiers that have been suffering since they were freed.

I mean, if I could understand Ukrainian than yeah maybe, but I can't - so I enjoy it in English. I really don't understand this logic. Do you guys also think that people from all around the world wouldn't have found out and came to the zone after it's been around 15+ years? Do you think that nobody outside of the country would come? So there would be no diversity at all? No different languages or accents?

I'm Ukrainian, and both localisations have strong and weak sides. Some actors seem to read lines from the shiet in Ukrainian, including Strelok in some scenes.

A fine cutscene but you clearly need to watch some good movies rather than just hollywood action hero trash. That dialogue is no better than you'd get on any average tv drama. I've hear inspector Morse say stuff just as pithy (I.E a bit laboured and overdone)
