The morgan decoy 1 is really good in the first few levels. If you have kuku who uses his ability to clear wave you don't outclear anyway, you can easily hit the decoy 1 and until he autoed it down, you did like 250 damage poke with a level 1 ability which is nuts. Can only reccomend it

8:54 Exactly what happened there is why I don't get when people say they don't do damage with Morgan (granted Mast was two levels ahead). She does plenty of damage, but it's not as noticeable unless you all in on somebody like that and run them down aggressively since the dragon is her highest damage ability besides her ult.

I’m tellin ya mast - try nox mid with conduit->book of Thoth->spear of deso-> soul gem->chronos->babble Literally can spam combo for max obnoxiousness plus ult spam that smacks them squishies. It doesn’t have pen or antiheal but you hold guys down and silence the f outta em so your team smacks em up and then bam you do it again in 2 seconds

Try pendulum, chronos, Magus, Perfected rod of tahuti, bauble & obsidian You get the same amount of CDR, you don't get deso passive but you do have perfected rod which overall has more value I feel like, and you get 30% pen (50 if you use your ult at the right time) and you also get magus passive which is nutty on Nox. This build also makes you come online a lot faster, you get instant 30% CDR which means that even if you miss or they beads you don't have to wait for long before trying again, you still have good early pen (magus alone is 15 + its bonus damage on passive) and you also get Tahuti's passive for anyone below half health (Tahuti + magus makes your 2 deal insane damage). With this build you get to do about as much damage to squishies ( a 1/2 combo will deal about 1200 to 1400 to a squishy) but you also deal good damage to tanks :) And with all the aura items being meta, even if they don't build any defense you can easily get around 120 def just by being near your tanks so percent pen is always valuable late game :)

Every time I play Morgan Le Fay, I feel like her damage is non-existent. I love her fear and knockback, and I love that she has a CC immune ult, but her damage just feel so bad late game to me.

I’M SO GLAD SOMEONE SAID WHAT I FELT! I completely ignore the passive most of the time. I only slow to help chase someone if I can’t fear them in front, decoys nice early levels or to give someone whiplash. Other than that it’s really just better to fear in 99.9% of cases. Favorite god though, my first diamond and one of the few I’ve gotten Pentas on.

I never really use her passive cause it doesnt have that much effect but I do keep 4 runes active at all time, it is just free power. At lvl 3 it's about 13 power and at lvl 20 it's 40 Its pretty easy to apply 4 runes, and you get an ok power boost, no reason not to use it at least like that. Also her decoy is really strong early game, especially against mages you can get an easy 3 or 4 autos on them, which slowly adds up. It does become kinda useless after lvl 10 or so.

Mast: morgan passive has no value Me: 30 second cooldown ults go brrt --passive reduces ult cooldown by 10 secs each time its fully activated --problem is her 3 deals very low damage because its locked behind a "combust when enemy uses movement" mechanic, it should be removed and the damage transfered to base damage, or better yet, basic attacking enemies under the effect which increases duration of debuff should also "combust" and apply a little burst of damage like the passive of Telkhines Ring

I don’t use the slow at all, but the decoy is actually very impactful for pressuring out the enemy in the early game. They either have to back up and auto it 3 times, or eat 4 autos from it that will do around 160 level 1. No point to not use it especially when you aren’t capitalizing on the value of the fear.

the build metas for ADCs and Mages are almost always kinda shit, tbh. There's always a mathematically most effective build and a scant few side options that certain gods abuse outside the meta. Since your only goal as a Mage or ADC is "Do damage," there's always going to be a meta build for it. Only in roles that focus on counter building is there ever any variety. So we need more effective counter building to be built into the game for damage, because Pen is so one dimensional, that you don't even counter build with it, its just the default. Same with Anti-heal like you said. Its not really counter building if you buy divine ruin every game because its a highly efficient item with a powerful, universally applicable passive.

Honestly i don't even use meta builds, i just use the same op combination that i usually use, unless its diamond, master ranked i don't even bother with divine ruin, i just one shot people with deso, sage, tahuti, obsidian and reaver
