I am starting a new vegan journey, with this journey I am realizing I have to cook more to make sure I am eating the correct foods for my body and less to no process foods. I have always dreamed up being a person to make my own pasta even when I wasn’t cooking. Now that I am cooking more it would be nice to make this a reality.

I love that movie! Such a classic. My type of movie. My second love after food, is cars and music (a tie). I'm sure you can tell from the songs I use. You can find these mushrooms at Whole Foods, Farmer's Markets (Asian or Hispanic), or at Wegmans (North East Region of America). I hope you find them. They're delicious 😋

Grapeseed oil is one of the two oils that alkaline vegans cook with. The second oil is avocado oil. Both oils can be heated. Alkaline vegans eat olive oil and coconut oil, but they don't heat them up. They're more nutritious when consumed raw ( per the alkaline lifestyle). It also has something to do with a drastic change in their molecular structures when heated 🤷🏿‍♂️
