This is spiritual cooking. I don’t care what anyone says. It’s the ambiance of the scenery. The lighting. The properly tuned music. The delicate sound of his voice. The quickness of the video but yet doesn’t feel rushed. The camera angles. Then the cooking. Great job brother. Your videos bring me balance of peace

Great video also to note that Slime you call from the Nopal cactus is actually Mucilage. Mucliage is extremely useful for the body to store Water for your cells and it's also natural insulin for people who diabetes type 1.

Nice, my family makes this all the time with just some rice and beans lol. Never used as a pasta sauce and the mushrooms are a big plus. I would definitely kill all that food by myself 😂. Looks delicious, keep it up 👍🏽

Oh yes, this sauce will be faya 🔥 on rice and beans 😋 🤤 The mushrooms were really good too. As a matter of fact, you just gave me a dinner idea with that rice and beans, lol.

You should try sun dried nopales with salt and chile as a snack. They have a sweet and sour taste.

I am in love with your channel. I literally can’t stop watching your videos. Thank you for such beautiful content for vegans! I am a new alkaline vegan & I’m trying to find a more effective way to clean my veggies & grains. How do you clean your veggies? Do you have a filter on your sink to make washing your food easier?
@Grubanny2 жыл бұрын
Thank you Dana. I'll keep pumping out the recipes. Yes, I do have a 6-stage filtration system.

Hello new subscriber here, hope you having a wonderful day. Mexican food is my comfort food and some of my favorite are mole (a famous sauce in Mexico top with chicken and side rice), tamales, buñuelos and too many to name. I was wondering will you make Mexican dishes to alkaline soon or later?
@Grubanny2 жыл бұрын
Hi Mica, thanks for subscribing! Yes, my day is going alright. Taking some time to catch up on life since I just uploaded a video lol. Someone already requested tamales and moles. They're on my list. I need to work on/create the Alkaline recipes. It will be a while, though, since I have a lot more lined up. Stay tuned.

No worries at all. We're all busy. The thorns are very pointy and could easily poke you in multiple places at once. Nothing happens outside of possible bleeding/injury. They should not be eaten. Yes, I do everything, including editing, myself (no outsourcing). I do have a wonderful associate who is part of my two-person team. My associate helps operate one of my cameras. My videos would be nothing without the help I get. Don't worry, I will reveal everything in due time. For now, I want to focus on the food. Thank you for your support Quinea!
