The pointed cabbage salad is a highlight among the coleslaw recipes! The pointed cabbage, apple and walnut salad with yoghurt is super quick and of course delicious and healthy! Make sure to try this pointed cabbage salad recipe!
Ingredients for the cabbage salad
400 g pointed cabbage
1 red apple
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon of sugar
½ bunch of parsley
200 g natural yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste
30 g walnuts
preparation
1. Cut the apples into quarters, remove the core and cut into sticks. Squeeze the lemon, drizzle the lemon juice over the apple pieces.
2. Wash the pointed cabbage, remove the stalk and cut into fine strips.
3. Wash the parsley, shake dry and cut into small pieces.
4. Roughly chop the walnuts.
5. Add plain or cream yoghurt, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix the salad well, serve sprinkled with walnuts. Good Appetite!
