Hey Brandi you might want to put the onions in a COOL, dry spot to cure. If you put them in shed that gets hot they will rot. Your doing a really good job with your videos, I watch em all.

Yes, I was just watching another channel. They didn’t have anywhere to store their onions to cure so they left them out in their barn and they molded.😢

Brandi, maybe you can put a sprinkler up for the dogs. Ask Sean, he saw that Lester had a sprinkler for his BIG birds, he turns it on for about an hour a day. The dogs sure would love it. 💦🦮💦🦮💦 Oophs, I forget you depend on a generator so maybe this will be an idea after you get your water situated. Little Tikes makes a sturdy sand box that you can use for a pool for the pigs. Cog Hill just got the Little Tikes for their pigs & they said the lobster is bigger than the turtle. 🐖💦🐢🦞

My dad when he raised onions for the winter, he would start pulling the dirt away from them so the onion would get bigger. Don’t under cover the roots but like half way down on the onion itself.

If you pull the dirt away when you see the bulb forming, just leave the roots buried your bulb will much larger. Watch That 1870's Homestead, my top 4 tips for growing big onions. I watched this a few years ago and she know how to do it. Have had really big onions since. Just put some bone meal & blood meal in the hole when you plant.

You was worried about Percy messing the fence up. You ought to put his food bowl even in front of one of the poles. That way if he pushes hard on the fence it will have more support against his pushing on his food bowl.

I would'nt run a pig with horses let alone a stallion one hard kick could break a rib , a temporary pen for percy would have been a better idea as you dont want either horse or pig getting hurt . Also the pig will soil all the waters that he can get into , I hope it works out for you though - You could possibly have used your hog trap as its only for a couple of weeks at least you know they are all safe . Ok I'll shut up now LOL good luck .
