This DISASTER was POST-APOCALYPTIC | Sometimes PRAYERS do get ANSWERED

This transformation is really quite remarkable. Watch this yard go from a complete run down mess back to a normal looking yard. All I needed to do was spend around 13 hours pruning, digging, shovelling, cutting, mowing, pressure washing and driving to the landfill 3 times! I should have painted the house while I was there. When this job came through, I went around to the customers place to do a quote, but the estimate was a lot more than the customer expected, mainly due to the size of the backyard. The customer said he would have a talk to his wife about the cleanup and let me know the verdict. After a couple of days, I decided to offer to do the whole property for the budget the customers had set for themselves, and they were delighted with the offer. Q: Where are you located?
A: I am from Hobart, Tasmania, Australia 🦘🦘🦘.

A: I have never even seen a snake in over 4 years on the job.

A: Nick was offered a full-time position at his other job as a Political admin!

A: Brent quit at the start of August 2022.
Q: Why don't you use tarps instead of cans?
A: Tarps are too difficult to move through small spaces and lift into the trailer. The same for wheelbarrows, they are only good for unloading the trailer!
Q: Why are the hot water cylinders outside?
A: I would say it's because Australia had a temperate to tropical climate, and therefore it doesn't matter that much if they are outdoors. To me, though, it seems a bit inefficient to have them outside in Tasmania with a temperate climate (coldish for 3 - 4 months per year). But that is industry standard down here 🤷‍♂️
Q: Why are you cutting so close to your employee!
A: I'm not cutting too close to my workers, they are standing too close to where I am working! All of my workers have been told numerous times about standing too close to the tools and about the hazards involved!
Q: Why do your workers do all the lifting and carrying?
A: Basically, they are employed to carry things and I pay them well to do the job required.
Q: You work so well together, how do you do it?
A: That's the magic of editing. My workers are basically given instructions on what to do, I just edit it all out, so the videos look seamless!
Q: Why don't you have help?
A: I've had many problems with employees in the past, so now I work alone.
Q: Why don't you have a ride-on mower?
A: Well, there are a few reasons.
1. Currently, I don't do enough big jobs to justify spending 15k on a good ride on mower.
2. I don't have anywhere to store it.
3. A lot of the properties we do have fences and gates, so you can't actually get a ride-on in there.
4. I don't have the right trailer for a ride on, considering we always take the green waste away.
5. I will get one as soon as all of the above are solved.

You’re the best “bushwhacker” there is! I always love how you take those overgrown, wrong location, woody weeds down or out altogether and clear out the mayhem of a yard. That mess didn’t happen overnight and I worry that all your hard work will be for naught if they won’t get out there and care for the property. It would be interesting to see you drive by in a month or two to see if they are caring for the yard.

For a small front yard and carport area that was a huge amount of work. Awesome transformation. All the bushes trimmed and cut back is a big improvement. The power washing tops it off making it look much nicer and safe. You saved the home from further damage. Thank goodness for cutting the tree growing in and out of the house. They are very fortunate to have you do the work at an affordable price. Awesome job George! You're the best!

Amazing transformation of an enormous jungle of a task; I had no doubts that you'd take it all down and own the monumental debris of it all, kicking it aside. I'm beginning to lose patience with customers haggling you down, because whatever you finally settled for with these customers was not enough; however, I realise that you are re-establishing your company, and have to start somewhere, and go from there, onward and upwards. You are gonna get there because you're so dedicated and efficient at what you do, and you have the fan base to prove it.

I like this cleanup. You figured a way the people can pay what they can and the job gets done. Nice Landscape Archeology surprise as you re-open the driveway area, a large chunk of space, is a stone wall to one side. Good the neighbors didn't mind having the hedge and fence restored. They regained light, space and appearance as well. Appreciate watching details you put in, as getting plants off the foundation and branches from touching walls and roof. Around 33 minutes in, you quite literally are refinding and restoring design lines...a bed where the roses are, planter areas as for trees. The property is looking more and more different. Had noted the paving was bad but didn't figure you necessarily had the time to do it....and then you started in on cleaning the paving. You added safety and improved looks. Lovely Before and After photos. Excellent work and kindnesses done.
