The PDGA does not ban certain discs. It sets a standard to which all discs used in competition are required to meet. Just like any sport, standards insures fair play.

@@TrevDom True. If a disc does not meet the standard then it will not be certified and can not be used. But the PDGA does not "ban" specific discs. For instance. The PDGA does not maintain a list of "banned" discs.
