My best effort guessing what that DK build is: I'm running Plague Doctor + Ancient Dragonguard all armor infused, 4 points into stam rest into health, all Prismatic glyphs on armor and backbar shield, infused jewels with weapon damage enchant, Domi shoulders paired with a 1-piece stam monster set, Max health Max stam food, health mundus (tower right?), and I am sitting at about 3600 wd buffed, 30k resists on the shield bar, 15k mag, 46k health, 23k Stam. If I were to gold all armor out and wear two 1-piece monster sets that give health, I could probably get my stats to 15k mag, 50k health, 26k stam, which is basically what he has on both bars. Basically you pair a health set with a dps set like NMA, Fury, etc. I don't think it's NMA though since you'd lose health and the sustain would be bad, plus if he is front barring it I figured his stats would change when he would jump to his back bar but they stay mostly the same when he bar swaps. It's possible he is running a single +health monster set paired with malacath, which would boost your dots and baseline damage enough to kill a bunch of people. I haven't tested this out in BG's or Cyro yet, but so far it appears to hit pretty hard considering this build mostly stacks health. I don't know what sets he's actually running so that is my best guess, but I matched his skills and stats the best I could without knowing his wd or anything. It appears he is also imperial since his ulti costs 3% less. Maybe someone else who knows what build he runs can confirm.

Its in the CP, the build very incomplete, Im missing tankiness though. there are alot of sets and combinations in eso, you gotta pick carefully and build CP tree around it and you can virtually make anything work. You can be a NB tank if you wanted to.Thts why I love the game. I dont believe in a meta.

To all the people saying that this demonstrates how unbalanced the game is: While there is an element of truth to that as gear and build choice play a role in your success. Player skill is the deciding factor. It's OPEN WORLD PvP these fights are of random skill level, it's the equivalent of someone in grand-master in Overwatch messing with bronze-plat players. Also, personally, I wouldn't want to play an RPG where gear and builds have no consequence on player performance.

I think what most people including myself have problems with is. That it takes sooo long and so much energy to put all the work into your build. Come to find out it’s mid tier to bottom tier. Yea it’s a great learning experience but it’s very time consuming. I had the game for 3 years and only have 2 endgame builds. Not everyone has the luxury of playing eso for 20hrs plus a week

For me in pvp you shouldn’t be able to tank a entire team and do the dmg of a dps by healing all by yourself, just my thoughts. Obviously you need to be also skilled to do that but not that much .

I'm a semi new player, but some of these AOE abilities for PVP are over powered IMO. You literally melt like ice cream if you're exposed to them in this recent patch for only a few seconds. ZOS should also allow you to run PVE and PVP skill points for each character. Make it separate for both game plays.

zos has some of the worst devs in all of the MMORPG community, their turnover rate for employees is insanely disgusting, nobody is there long enough to even know whats going on. they "fix" things but they remain broken for weeks/months on end. It is not Eternal Vigor. Although EV is fantastic 55khp is too big a pool to allow such a low max hp set. I didn't see any Greymoor set that would fit this build. It's probably old sets like plague doctor or warrior poet + monster set also has hp.
