This DLC could be GAME CHANGING for WWE 2K24!

The fact that we're only halfway through the game's lifecycle and people already saying "hopefully x is fixed in 2K25" is an absurd thing. We paid FULL PRICE. We as a community should not be taking this half assed effort.

The point so far is: The community is complaining, different youtubers, too. But in the end they keep buying the game. Same with My Faction. You hear everywhere people complaining, but at the same time people pay money for some cards. As long as they get our money, 2k don't give a F about what we want or what we dislike about the WWE 2k games.

@@Sammy.Bear.King1234Sliders are your friend. and in actual wrestling, the stun happens a lot. 2K just needs to replicate it more of how its triggered. 3 punches is kinda ridiculous, but the sliders definitely fix that.

The harsh reality of it is they don’t care about what we want it’s about money that’s why their main focus is on Myfaction in game transactions to purchase persona cards and not even for new superstars but for alternative versions of the existing really put me off purchasing anymore they aren’t gonna change it’s all about money not fan enjoyment

NBA is their main money earner so their concentration and priority goes to that. Also, 2K have also just done another tennis game. The NBA and tennis pay more, sell a lot more copies and draw more publicity than WWE does. WWE is a niche sport. Fact is, when THQ fell over, WWE tried to sell the licence to other gaming companies. No one was interested. 2K only took it because they had the NBA game, so if WWE failed to sell, then they still wouldn't go broke. WWE 2K is just pocket money to them. If it succeeds, they have another successful franchise. If it fails, 2K still make millions off NBA and tennis. I have always said, THQ had the passion but not the money. 2K have the money and not the passion. It is ECW when it was in WWE. Heyman had the passion for ECW but not the money, where as McMahon had the finances, but not the passion for ECW. The perfect WWE game would be made by THQ with 2K budget but that isn't ever going to happen.

Yearly games are known for their multiplayer/online and this is the only one that has a broken sever. FIFA, nba, madden, mlb, cod all have a working server. They’re killing their longevity by doing that.

I enjoyed 2K24 until the first patch for what it was. Selling seemed better, but I have lowered & lowered my expectations & standards & I am sick of this fighting game they crammed some wrestling into it. It’s a square peg into a round hole. We have gone a decade without any limb damage selling! I think people are unhappy with the status quo & why they’re looking for alternatives like neckbreaker, TWC & UPW, etc. I would love to get a realistic wrestling game & whoever & whenever they deliver that will get my $.

I love the concept of my faction as it gives weight to every match but they absolutely need to fix the frequency of how many wrestler cards you can pull. To pay $10 and get a 55 made up wrestler is absurd. I don’t need cosmetics or side plates in a pack let me earn those separately. Make collecting worth the grind.

I know 2k25 universe mode won't be great, but, these are some things I would like to see if possible. 1. Number 1 contender matches where commentators can acknowledge the contenders 2. Qualifying matches 3. Promos 4. Triple threat and Faction, handicap rivalries 5. Backstage interviews 6. More freedom with rival actions for example: bury the hatchet cutscene at ple's. 7. Option to assign a general manager 8. Tournaments 9. Backstage cutscenes. 10. Contract signings 11. Draft 12. Show Intros 13. Contract signings 14. Commentators acknowledging royal rumble winner the show after.

Out of all of the games that go the live service route, it boggles my mind sports games don’t do it. Of all game genres to do it, it seems like sports games would be the best fit. Start with a solid game, and just update it over time. Update the roster with DLC, match types, arenas, all of that. It’s a no brainer.

I'm a long time WWE gamer. No, Universe Mode isn't what it used to be but I still enjoy it. I make up my little stories or whatever and I play em out. Thanks to Community Creations I can stay up on the attires and wrestlers. Ready for this new DLC. Ready for Jade!!!

If 2K doesn’t fix the problems with universe mode and the online lobbies I don’t care how much DLC they drop they’re just polishing a passable turd. I like the game but I’m also in an online CAW league but haven’t played any matches. All I do is play offline and that gets boring really fast..adding Jade and Lyra isn’t gonna get it back on track, it’s cool adding current stars but the game isn’t getting fixed then what are we doing? Hyping up a game with broken features.

This was always the dlc pack for me. I liked getting Punk early, but this pack for me is better than all the other 3 combined in terms of wrestlers. Many should have been day 1’s but 2k is gonna 2k.

Great video. I really hope they fix custom match saves for universe, which has the effect of not allowing you to change the weapon wheel for all these new weapons that are being released. for universe mode. It worked fine before the awful 1.11 patch.

I love this game literally play it everyday but let’s stop acting like adding new superstars is going to be game changing when there’s community creations . Only thing that’s going to be game changes are server patches or major overhauls for universe mode which we likely won’t get til the next game . Love the game though

That last patch fixed tag team partner tag attacks to the other teams partner so we can get the pin and we get different victory scenes in universe mode that was not working before . Oh and superstars are now moving up the chart for title matches.😅

As a female wrestler fan ….. this year’s game was a let down . We lost so many stars because of some dlc packs that were useless. The fact that we have to wait this long for current champions is ridiculous. I’m happy for pat mcafee but the others are a waste . The 40 years of wrestle-mania also left me disappointed . You slag packs 2 and 3. I agree on the Pat Pack but think the Post Malone pack cops it too much. Yes we get Post Malone. But we also get Honky Tonk Man and Jimmy Hart, we get Sensational Sherri playable for the first time and we get the Headbangers for the first time since WWE Attitude. So I think it is a good pack overall.
