Pejibaye, simply boil it with a bit of salt, once cooked, peel it off, add mayonnaise, delicious! That’s something my wife really misses, we’re Costa Ricans but moved to Ireland a few years ago, enjoy this experience of living abroad 😊

If you dont trust them you can check in the Internet about Plants. Throughout Costa Rica you will find over 300 different medicinal plants used by the local population.
