At 44:40, why not play Witch Enchanter as a land to play the Angel?

Manly because he's not in a rush to play angel and the Enchanter takes care of something on board, making him up a card. Wise choice by him. Angel has other ways to get out which he proved later in the game.

The angel could've removed the Ironworks and forced his opponent's hand with the Simulacrum. It's fair that the Enchanter is more valuable as a creature than a land, but with his only other white source being the Glasswing Grace, the Angel is stuck in his hand, and I think the Angel is more valuable

Black might be the worst color, but going Crabomination into THEIR Annoyed Altisaur into your Colossal Dreadmask is the best thing I've done in this cube so far. My opponent conceded about 5 seconds after everything resolved.

I have been getting black a lot recently this and the UB draw deck and the grindy WB sacrifice deck are all good. This is the way to draft all of them with marauder. Marionette apprentice sneaky snackers refurb familiars etc .(Control and graveyard recursion shell) and. Few decent other removal spells. The marauders are great against the eldrazi decks too! Most people stay away from black so if you cut it early you basically get it all in pack 3 and if you get. A couple good rares like nightmare or the Crabfather it is icing on the cake. The black red artifacts deck is kinda mid but you can usually pretty easily get in one of the other color pairs. Thanks for the content and good luck in Amsterdam !

The k'rrik is also broken at the moment. It wont let you pay life for your mana. Also, the turn you played the marauder we could have played the land first to sac the fetch. But that's magic!

I'm like 2 minutes into the video so clearly I have full info (cope) but I think the reason it's easier to do well in Black is because the color is pretty much the worst in the set. It's pretty hard to justify taking even a good black card if it throws off the mana and GU(R) and WUR are just such potent color combinations that you're really not aggressively fighting for an Accursed Marauder over a Galvanic Discharge, for instance

Game 3 I would have played witch enchanter as a second white source and cast Angel of ruin targeting both of their stuff. Would have ended the game much sooner.

Distinguished conjurer is very underrated in black-white. You can flicker the Refurbished familiar in the opponents drawstep to lock them out. Has plenty of other uses too.

Just one man’s opinion: scale down on the non-vintage cube stuff. It was the almost daily VCube that had me coming back day after day, not all the other stuff.

I look forward to your daily vintage cube (windsor, team, league or even 64 player) and i'm one of those that actually is refreshing home page when it comes to 6pm (uk) to watch them, and it is very disheartening when the title says MH3 in it. I'll still like it and leave the video playing on a tab cause i'm such a fan of your vintage content (i started playing in 1994) and there are not many GOOD vintage players that post content, but i mute it so i don't have to hear about all these new cards that have millions of lines of text. Really hope you get back to your vintage cube videos soon. see you then.

@@Pug8 everyone is entitled to their opinion But this channel revolves about 90% vintage and 10% newer formats, so I believe it is almost expected to see the same percentage to continue, and when the dedicated audience shows up to be a part of the experience, it is disheartening to see the product change (or not be what was expected). As a dedicated audience member, I put my feelings out there to the creator of the content. In no way I diminished or insulted his body of work. LSV is one of the very few vintage masters, that not only puts himself out there, but the amount of work and ethic transpires through his videos. I have nothing but respect. Just sad that it is not vintage. P.s.:Feel free to feel insulted and offended. I was born before the 2000’s, we grew up in insults and being offensive. ;)

@@georgesprat9697 I did. For the past 3 weeks. Lolol. There are plenty of good players putting out mh3 content out there, but very few good vintage players. It like watching Superman saving kittens from trees. It’s cute the first one’s but after that you’re like: “dude, shouldn’t you be stopping a tsunami somewhere?!” 😝😝😝😝
