Played around with this at the start of reg H a lot. Salazzle is a surprisingly decent Cheer mon, Sceptile also has some merrit. This move was designed for Hydreigon but loaded dice Baxcalibur, loaded dice Dragonite and tera dragon Maushold are decent receivers as well.
