I'm typically a pretty easy going and positive guy but in today's video I reveal my ultimate pet peeve. Maybe it's the long miles of being on a cross country motorcycle road trip... but this really got under my skin today 🤣

Adam, I hate the pump blockers too. Many years ago when I worked at a gas station if someone pulled in and parked at the pump and just wanted cigarettes'. I wouldn't sell them until they moved the car.

I drove a tractor-trailer for 17 years, and “professional” drivers did the same move. If my wheels weren’t turning, I wasn’t making money. Very inconsiderate!

@@FreddietheFly That's not common courtesy nor expected in Australia. Strangely enough, maybe us Aussie are a little more laid back, no one rages over waiting for the car to move off. The pump is not reset until the person has paid so moving off before paying doesn't allow the next person to fill up anyway. My statement stands - If people get pissed off because they have to wait a couple of minutes they need to review what it is in their life they are actually angry about and why cant they deal with waiting mere minutes our of a whole day. Patience, like respect, seems to be a lost art these days.

Good 'ol Shelby, MT. Only a few miles from the Alberta border. I have traveled through there many many times. Since 2007 I go from Alberta to SW USA every winter and take the I15 from the Alberta/Montana border all the way south.

I share the pump hog pet peeve. I drive a diesel truck and it’s super frustrating when the only diesel pump is blocked by one of these inconsiderate folks.

I could not agree more with the gas pump pet peeve. Brother, seeing you guys roll thru those little Montana/North Dakota towns, mom n pop home cookin diners, is riding in its purest form! Visiting with the guy in the shop, those conversations are the most genuine, good hearted convos to enjoy with those locals. You made his day, he’ll be sharing that fun interaction for days. Here in Australia the majority of fuel stations dont have payment at the pumps so it is a requirement that you leave your vehicle at the pump then enter the servo and pay inside we need a system like you have pay at pump then move forward.

Concerning your pet peeve. I stopped in Bucees gas station in Springfield Missouri. Alot of cars no people they were all inside shopping. Then I said to the group the peeves me off. Someone said that Bucees puts in hundreds of pumps and told people that they can gas up and leave their cars while they shop. There were at least 50 vehicles waiting to get gas. I will never gas up at a Bucees again. That is the most stupid policy. Has anyone else heard this.

I visited my Friend who moved from Michigan to Woodworth North Dokata Population 48. He moved out there for more Hunting and Fishing Opportunities. I met several of the Locals , very nice people.

Agree with the Badlands being over rated. I grew up in SoCal desert so I wasn't impressed. Keep on riding and raising money for our Vets. One more thing. Diesel pumps are usually only on the two ends of the rows of fuel pumps. Driving a F350 it chaps my ass to see a car blocking the diesel pump while all of the other gas pumps are empty. When I'm on my bike I always avoid the outside pumps that have the diesel hose too.

Sometimes they are going in to prepay and buy a snack because they only use cash. Cant prepay for a pump you arent parkedd at. Sometimes I start the pump and go in to use the facilities while it tops off. If you are in a hurry staymout of the country and small towns.
