Thank you for sharing this Egg is 1K Years Old. Now, you have made me curious with this video, I started to wonder and came up with these question: (1) How come it is very hard to find this type of egg made from eggs from other fowl species, i.e. chicken, quail, etc.? (2) Can you preserve these duck eggs using soy source and/or shio koji? If so, how do they taste? Yes, you definitely can name them 100 and/or 10 Years old eggs, respectively. BTW, the glutinous rice egg looks delicious and am sure you daughter, Mei2, likes it. Cheers.
