I find the production style of this video irritating. The juxtaposition of the unnaturally smooth, dreamlike movement and music with the sloppy way bits of food are left everywhere (in bowls, on cutting boards, etc) is so unpleasant that I can't watch long enough to see if the recipe might be worth following.
