But that also depends on how many people actually buy them as well. But either way, we still already have 6. We still can only use 1 at a time. This patch does not fix any of the PvP-proplems, instead some stuff gets replaced, without asking the players first (and new problems will be added, that is 100% guaranteed judging by ZOSs former patches and DLCs). New maps won´t fix the underlying balancing/p2w problems, nor will it fix the glitches and laggy servers. The new scribing skill and eso+ rewards are just more benefits for people paying more real money. Taking away the choices what bg-mode to play only resulted in people not playing flag/relic or ball-games but instead going after kills. The old bgs going away (for some time) also makes this patch a change but not an addition content-wise. New PvP rewards/sets are good but they will probably suck since all good sets in eso hide behind paywalls. Cyro needs changes/fixes urgently - but it didn´t happen. All in all it is what I expected from ZOS = disappointing work. The game is just getting worse and worse with each year.

@@nickmylo8703 The last few chapters/DLCs contained op-stuff that only got "fixed"/nerfed right before a new chapter/DLC with op stuff gets released (examples: Oakensoul, Arcanist, tarnished, Scribing). Then there are also the skills that you can buy for real money: Either level the riding skills for a 180 real days daily, for each character, or buy the skill in seconds with a swipe of ur credit card. Same with crafting research and all the other skills and skyshards for secondary characters. Real money will also make it possible to play races your alliance normally does not have access to. The publisher also sells crowns for real money which will be traded in game for items, ingame gold etc. Summary: You can buy, directly or indirectly, pretty much everything in ESO for real money. Best gear hides behind paywalls. Access to jewelry: paywall, access to mythics: paywall, access to scribing: paywall. You want to be emperor ? You can hire people with ingame-gold/crowns to (help you) get it ;) So... I am curious, how is that not p2w ? Get the base game for 5 dollars and see how the experience will be...

Besides oakensoul just gives you what you already have from your skills. Regarding riding skill it makes no difference if you buy it or grind it everyday. It's not like there is racing in the game. And finally regarding skillpoints/skyshards you need to first unlock them normally and then you can buy them. I mean who wants to spend another for example 3 months to grind them again for alts. Not that i will ever pay for skyshards but just saying. Edit: and also regarding eso+ i play since beta only the last 2 years i paid for eso+ and only for a month. Up until then i just used the free trials they give each year. And i got gold and mats just fine. Sure for the mats you need to manage your space better but that's why you have alts and storage besides the bank. My point is you can make due without eso+.

@@nickmylo8703 Not to this extend. ZOS is releasing knowingly op/broken stuff and then nerfes it to sh*t right before new op stuff is released. Access to additional skills that can be used in PvP is pretty much a big a No-Go for any MMO. Skills are usually based on the base game so that the differences in PvP are not that big. Zos knew that, thats why former DLCs only introduced new PVE skills but never PvP.... Nope, Oakensoul gives you more buffs than most classes have access to, without any work or timer. No skill needed to get those all those buffs in PvP - and the current version is already nerfed. I recommend to you to go into bgs right after new chapters get released.... Because for the last few years whoever bought the latest chapter had massive advantages there for months. I made an arcanist when it was released and went into a bg: zero deaths and 40 kills with blue/purple gear with no problem. It is a joke. Tarnished and scribing is everywhere atm - with tarnished and co you can do pretty much "one-shots" in pvp- with just one attack/button. The scribing skills give more benefits than the normal skills and the dots are spammed in PvP. As if that isn´t enough the upcoming patch adds another scribing skill: which has no cost and will increase your damage ;) ------------------------------------------------------------ Yes it makes a difference. The difference is: Fair play. Without it games can not survive. Imagine playing chess and your enemy just buys half of your pawns- hey, they would be gone anyway sooner or later. What difference does it make ? "I mean who wants to spend another for example 3 months to grind them again for alts." Noone wants to grind riding, crafting research, skyshards or mages guild etc. (all over)- and yet this publisher makes everyone do it, with the exception of people paying real money of course. And grinding those on new chars is often a must-have for builds. ;) ----------------------------------------------------------------- Sure, u can do without eso+ by buying more accounts for item-storage. Will it be easier than eso+ ? nope. Will eso+ give you more gold, APs etc for the same amount of work ? yes. I don´t get your point about eso+ here... --------------------------------------------------------------------- I mentioned several more points regarding p2w, which conveniently got skipped. I find it funny how you seem to defend this companies behaviour, but at the same time you clearly think that ESO is not worth a monthly subscription. You bought additional accounts (and probably made lots of storage guilds ?) and waste time in the game mailing/sorting items by hand - just so you do not have to pay this company a few dollars more for their great game and service. The second way is a gamble - they garner attention from backlash and get more coverage through attention algorithms, but this could go either way. Honestly the woke non-sense is the minor of the problems and is a discussion for another day. The bigger more obvious one I wanna talk about is the fact ZoS is selling companions in the cash shop now. Seriously this greed and predatory marketing ZoS has been doing has gotta stop cause I honestly believe at this point ZoS is gonna start selling item sets in the crown store. Mean they already paywall the meta sets behind DLC so isn't to much of a leap in logic to assume they'll just start outright selling them in the cash shop.

I think you misinterpreted what they said for the crown store companion cost. They did say it would be free to ESO+ subscribers. But I don’t believe they meant it will make the cost zero crowns. I’m pretty sure they meant it will be handled like DLC currently is for ESO+ subscribers. As in they will not need to purchase them from the crown store to access them if you have ESO+. But, if your ESO+ runs out, you lose the access unless you purchased it ON TOP of your subscription, for however many crowns they charge. You wouldn’t lose progress, but would lose access to summoning them. Kind of like how you keep DLC zone progress if you lose your subscription, but can no longer visit that zone. Unless you purchased it. DLC content is not free to purchase to ESO+ members outside of small gifts like paintings and statuettes. It’s just free ACCESS.

ESO plus subscribers have never been given something at no cost since the game was released besides those small furnishings. I doubt they’re going to start now. Not only would it piss too many people off, they’re just not that generous. And anyone who’s been around since launch like myself knows how DLC and ESO plus works. And it’s not to give out free DLC. That is why they give you crowns to spend in the store with your subscription, so you can buy extras. DLC otherwise has ALWAYS been free ACCESS, not free PURCHASE for subscribers.

11:11 4000-5000 Crowns is more than what it would cost to buy the DLC in which the companions are found. Remember, if you aren't ESO+ then you don't have access to companions even during the free ESO+ trials. Only way you can get a companion is to either be ESO+ or have purchased the DLC. Most of these DLC are about 2000-3500 Crowns so paying twice that for *_just_* the companion seems dumb. A better price would be (free!) about 600-1200 each as paying ~2000 gives you two companions and the entire zone plus quests.

Same. I liked how it wasn't just a WOW BG ripoff, horde vs alliance...and you get rewarded from getting 1st or 2nd. I get on a lot of losing teams (still new to the game so maybe it's partly me), and every now and then I get on a kick ass team...but it's nice that if I know our team doesn't have a chance against the top team we can still have a chance at 2nd. Sad to see them dropping this even temporarily.

rewards are not tied to teams, but to the type of bg you're playing. For example, pit lords motifs are given for deathmatches

RIP capture the relic. Idk about the 8v8 bg. We already know that these premade ball groups are going to ruin it. They’ll have 2 tanks and 2 healers along with 4 broken dps builds with 40k hp. The 3 teams kept things interesting and allowed more strategic play. While the extra maps sound great, everything else I’m skeptical about it.

Lag is because of the calculation per second in a specific area in the map, By reducing the map there will be more area with lag then with out. Right now lag is only heavy near zergs and large ball groups and leaves more map with out lag.

Xbox eu servers battlegrounds take really long time to join you need to wait 40 minutes sometimes but when you play your first match you get matched in seconds until you sign off then you have to wait again

For your information. In TESO is not agenda. Is the cycle of life in Nirn. Maybe if you had take time to study the vast ESO lore you could post a logic phrase. For example argonians literally are genderless and sexless. It is the Hist who choose what an argonian will be in the next life, can be male o female. Sithis rules: All things need change, all comeback to void and get reshaped there to reborn. And the Hist are genderless, they are just the Hist. Another example are the Khajiit, literally are the moons who choose what a Khajiit will be not only male or female but what kind of Khajiit [there are a lot of them]. Elfs in general, specially those very comitted with magic arts can reshape their whole biology, sex is secondary stuff , Manimarco for example choose being a lich; the Great Telvanni Mages literally are asexual, they have sex just for "formal" business cuz they are commited to be the great mages; the Dwarvens/dwemmer were literally tranhumanist, for them the technology can replace the body, like Sotha Sil did it, sex for dwarvens/dwemmer was a "annoying" stuff to do; the Wood Elfs are more commited with animal forms that male/female forms. The Big Hunt is a probe of that. Sloads, my gosh another magic frikis, sex for them is the last thing, all they want is power. Finally the Daedra, the are literally not genderless but formless, they are divinity forces, they can choose any form, some prefer a male form, some prefer a female form, others like Periyte and Moras prefer other forms. This is OFICIAL LORE, from 30, 25, 20 years ago. Not a lefty woke bull$shit 2020 agenda. That's the way all work in Nirn from the beggining, if you don´t like on 2024 maybe you are new on ESO.
