At 8:45 with the Government Reforms - I noticed the exact same thing recently, when I was playing as Mayura, the Tag that was to your right at the start, because they have Cavalry-focused ideas and I basically turned them into a North African hord with +80% Cav Combat Ability, by choosing Aristocratic Ideas as a tribe and Horde Ideas as Steppe Nomads later on. Paired with Espionage it's wild how good those stack. Was really fun and also very tricky at the start, because your are literally the only Animist Tag as far as the eye can see, so AE was exorbitant. But once you reach a certain point where you have +40% CCA All-Cav armies that melt your enemies, it was just a numbers game. Unfortunately you can only become a hord as a tribal nation, so I couldn't use the decision to sever my tribal roots, AND becoming Mauretania automatically turns you into a monarchy, which I didn't want, which barred me from using the Mauretanian missions. Sadge.

I'm pretty sure it's just admiral maneuver that gives ship trade power. It'd make sense for the movement to do it too, but the wiki doesn't say it does.

I made a severe and continous lapse in my judgement, and i do not expect to be forgiven. Im simply here to apologize, what we saw in the comment section that day was my raw and unfiltered reaction.
