NEW HERE?
Hi, I’m Stephen Cabral, Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy and Integrative Health Practitioner.
For years I struggled with trying to figure out how to overcome multiple life-alternating illnesses such as auto-immune, Addisons, type 2 diabetes, digestive, allergies, insomnia, and debilitating fatigue.
Then I discovered a mentor who taught me how to combine and integrate multiple health practices into one. From there I tested these theories by traveling all around the world and discovering how to finally help people rebalance their bodies and live the life they always wanted.
I’m happy to say that after being shown the way and now creating my own proven protocols based on combining the best of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with state-of-the-art Functional Medicine my team and I have completed over 250,000 appointments helping people just like you and I.
If you’re interested in getting well, losing weight, or living longer stronger, I look forward to helping you to accomplish those goals. Be well and please always reach out if you have any questions or if my team and I can be of service!

Walking is good for recovery, warm-up, and clearing your head, but alone it's not enough. Low intensity aerobic activities are not enough to elicit the adaptive response he's talking about. As a matter of fact if you do them alone or to excess you'll speed your aging.

I’ve already shared this video with 20 people. I’ve been screaming this for years. Between eliminating foods that induce a mineral deficit (HFCS), and walking, where feasible, more often, increased blood flow is never bad for you! I introduced my Wife to rebounding after buying an indoor trampoline. She’s so much stronger now. Her skin changed (complexion), she doesn’t eat as often and she’s so happy!

Thank you so much for sharing the video and your experiences! It's incredible to hear how simple lifestyle changes like eliminating certain foods and rebounding have made such a positive impact on your wife’s health and happiness. Increased blood flow really does wonders!

Since we've subscribed to your channel, my Wife is listening to more of your advice than anything I've ever told her!! There are obvious health benefits, so, I'll let that slide... What foods create mineral deficiencies?
@CavalierNSN
@CavalierNSN 24 күн бұрын
@@carisma.144 Hi! Thank you for asking. This isn't medical advice. I'm offering this to you as a suggestion for consideration in your lifestyle. Also, I don't want to bring any discredit to this wonderful channel so I'm going to do my best to contribute. Hight Fructose Corn Syrup: (Short List) Fruit Juices, Cake Icing, Donuts, Restaurant-Style Milkshakes, Commercial Coffees, fruit-flavored anything, Honey-flavored anything (granola, for example). The reason: Most people eat too much of it in one sitting (i.e. a full bag of candy, Full can of soda or energy drink, etc). This much sugar changes the pH of your stomach acid and will invariably cause indigestion. This means that the potency (strength) of your stomach acid is diminished by how sugar increases its pH or makes your stomach acid more basic. What happens if your stomach is too basic? You can't digest or break down your food, you can't sterilize it and inherently, HFCS is easy for the simple bacteria in your gut to digest (they can't digest fat and they usually get their food from fiber, which is a simple form of sugar). Bacteria from your mouth, the food you ate, and generally benign bacteria can, over time, become pathogenic. Then, they begin to produce gas in a volume that wouldn't be there if they were "under control" or excess levels of sugar wasn't available. Take away: Remember, low-potency stomach acid IS STILL ACID! The gas from burping comes from, over time, that bacteria growing out of control. This gas you burp out carries some of the digestive elements from your stomach to your esophagus and even your windpipe. This presents as some form of acid reflux. Imagine all of the sugary foods you've eaten over your lifetime! Eventually, your body will wear out and problems arise. I remember wondering how this material was escaping anyway. Did you know that your Lower Esophageal Sphincter needs stomach acid at the right pH to signal the brain to tell it to close? I didn't. Now I understand why low-potency stomach acid and undigested food gets out of my stomach. The door was wide open!! It can go both ways. The sphincter at the bottom of your stomach is the Pyloric Sphincter. If that's open, bile and other things in your small intestine that are DESIGNED NATURALLY TO NEUTRALIZE STOMACH ACID can flow right into the bottom of your stomach and worsen your reflux and indigestion!!! WOW! Since you can't extract the minerals from the food you're eating, and most sugary foods don't have nutrients, over time, your body is forced to "take nutrition" from where it can get it (i.e. somewhere else in your body). That means, you won't be able to break down the vitamin supplements you might be taking too! You need stomach acid! When that fails, or you're out of internal stores (basically your body eating itself to recoup nutrition), you begin to lose the ability to perform routine body functions. For example, I was deficient in B1 (thiamine), Copper, Zinc, Potassium, B6, Omega 3, etc. after getting so sick I couldn't work. This meant I was having trouble MAKING STOMACH ACID. Imagine my surprise when I was prescribed an acid inhibitor to treat my reflux! Wouldn't that make it worse? YIKES! Since my stomach acid was low-potency and I wasn't making stomach acid well, everything I ate made me sick and felt like I was drinking or eating fire. I began to use Apple Cidar Vinegar before and after meals to acidify my stomach and when I take my supplements. It was successful. It took about 19 months to heal, and I still have issues. I used to cough for 4 hours straight. I lost my voice, and I retained so much fluid in my belly that I couldn't even sit down or lie down flat because my LES was open since my stomach's pH was too high (remember). I was exhausted all of the time, and I couldn't sleep. Now, most of that's behind me and I don't want it to happen to anyone else! I don't drink tea off of the shelf (acid in the preservatives), or any sugary drinks. I only treat myself with a goodie once a month, but I have it with full fat Greek Yogurt to prevent a rush on my blood sugar. I know I went long, but I didn't know this before, and I want to share my experience. Hopefully this prompts you to do more research. GOOD LUCK and BEST WISHES!!!! 😀 SIDE NOTE: HFCS is only processed by the liver and contributes DIRECTLY to Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), interferes (over time) with your liver's ability to store fat properly.

This is not new. It's common sense. Feast or famine/fight or flight. We are primatively programmed to survive. Our bodies read exercise as a threat to survival. Thus it triggers an adaptation response. Intensity matters. The higher the intensity the greater the stimulus, but you then must go low intensity to allow for recovery and adaptation. Also, intensity is relative to the persons fitness level. So start slowly and build your base.

Thank you so much for sharing this information I recently been diagnosed with colon cancer and want to walk when I’m not feeling the infusion. So listening to this podcast I am more inspired and definitely will walk more. I’m 75 and have always been pretty active for my age and was my whole life. So now it is contained in one little spot. All the tests say I’m in good shape but the infusion is hurting my body more than the cancer. Wish there was another way. Thanks again
