Amazing vid, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Mario's Thunderous Erections and it's so much simpler and potent now!

I have taken 17 betaine HCL pills with my food and I have not felt any discomfort, nor have my bloating and gas in my stomach disappeared. I don't know what to do, plus my gastric emptying is very delayed.

Will you please do a podcast on if there are any supplements you do recommend kids take?? Vitamin D drops? Magnesium? Etc.. or can they get things like this through pastured butter and such. My kids are extremely health minded and love healthy eating because this is the way we raised him with eating wild sardines with the small bones for calcium, etc. They don’t eat SAD- standard American diet. They eat glad. :)

It is always best to try and get your nutrients from food; however it is often still difficult to meet daily requirements. For this reason I recommend the StephenCabral.com/DNS-1 multi and you can base the servings on the child's weight as long as they are at least 3yrs old. A 75lb child would receive half servings and a 50lb child 1/3 servings. I also discuss more in podcast StephenCabral.com/858 ⭐️

To detoxify heavy metals you need cysteine,zinc and selenium. Most important compound is zinc because many people are functionally deficent and even signs that you dont tolarate zinc may indicate that your body is overloaded with heavy metals.

The silk pillow case is the hair saver. I have very strong hair, it rejects dye so looks cheap quickly yet the silk pillow case keeps it silky soft. Indian and Turkish hair dyes are the best that don't cause brassiness but unfortunately they are harder to obtain in the west easily and reasonably.

Great timing! I just got my results back. Is there a place that shows which acids correlate with which foods?
@stephencabral3 күн бұрын
This is more of a digestive question unrelated to food sensitivities but in general; Amylase breaks down carbohydrates, converting starches into sugars. Protease is responsible for breaking down proteins into amino acids, making them easier to absorb. Lipase targets fats, breaking them down into fatty acids and glycerol.
@Liat.3 күн бұрын
@@stephencabralAwesome! So that means that starch sensitivity could possibly be resolved from adding amylase? 🤔

Great BMI, awful everything else 😣 I really don’t want to go under 100 lbs, but all these signs (and my own logic) show that I’m gonna have to 😕 If nothing else, at least this confirmed my idea of where I should aim for, so thank you for that 🙏 You once said that most supplements and medications are generally formulated for people between 110-210 lbs, ever since then I’ve been trying to maintain right over 100 so that I can fit into all standard supplement serving sizes. If/when I go lower, do I just cut everything in half? Supplement serving sizes already seem insane as it is. I was getting heart palpitations trying to take a third of your B Complex capsule, in attempts to stop/reduce nerve over-reaction and frequent misfiring, so I had to stop taking it altogether (and since it also alkalized my stomach so much that it took several weeks to digest food again without backflow). I’ve been wanting to try the detox next, but too scared it would mess me up, I really need to detox+remove heavy metals asap as my levels are crazy high, after testing both at equilife and again 6 months later with another company, just to confirm these levels are even possible. Can you recommened a reliable arsenic test kit for water, so that I can find the source (assuming this is where it originates from) and possibly eliminate or reduce it before starting a protocol? Thank you for sharing all of this great information with everyone. I would’ve never known any of this stuff if it wasn’t for this channel. Your book, but mostly and much more effectively these episodes, have been a huge eye opener for someone who was given no answers from conventional medicine for so many years.

Is it waist/hip=? or hip/waist=? I’m confused 🤔
@stephencabral3 күн бұрын
The correct ratio for calculating the waist-to-hip ratio is waist measurement divided by hip measurement (waist/hip).

The bluetooth signal from wireless headphones is only a fraction of the power of the signal that comes from a cell phone, but still I hear ya and I've always avoided bluetooth headphones b/c just logically thinking about it, it didn't make sense from a health standpoint.

what is 2 grams in teaspoons.
@stephencabral3 күн бұрын
To convert 2 grams to teaspoons, it depends on the substance being measured. For general purposes, with water or a similar liquid, 1 gram is roughly equivalent to 0.2 teaspoons. So, 2 grams would be approximately 0.4 teaspoons. For other substances (e.g., sugar, salt, powders), the conversion may differ due to density.

Ok but what’s the actual evidence that the radiation is bad for you? It’s very low levels of non ionising radiation. So what’s the evidence?
@stephencabral3 күн бұрын
Radiation exposure, particularly ionizing radiation, has been extensively studied and is associated with various health risks, primarily due to its ability to damage DNA and tissues in living organisms. While non-ionizing radiation is generally less harmful than ionizing radiation, certain types can pose significant health risks under prolonged or intense exposure.
