Nice, since I've been doing interval training regularly, I feel younger already lol. Thank you for your continuous effort. You both make people feel welcome, I think, no matter their fitness level. It feels like you would encourage everyone on this planet as soon as they start to commit themselves to any form of exercise; thank you for your cheerful mood and support! You're so kind, encouraging and uplifting. Right now I'm sick, can't train, and am waiting to recover to think about a first marathon within the next 12 months or so. It's making people happy to see you both so curious about health and exercise material. Please continue :) Greetings from Germany.

In a small, 4 month study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) in the 1990s, possibly performed by Peter Hauri of the Mayo Clinic, they studied men and women, aged 50 - 76, who learned to do the Yang style Tai Chi long form. The exercise program consisted of 30 minutes training sessions, 4 times a week. At the end of each session, participants were not winded, but were warm, lightly sweating, and relaxed. At the end of the 4 months, VO2max had increased and blood pressure had decreased 10 - 15 points. Participants also reported that balance and endurance had increased. I only had that summary, not even the name of the study. I believe that Stanford and the Cleveland Clinic may have more recent research into Tai Chi cardiovascular benefits.

When I was 22 I took my term insurance, when I went for the medical tests the guy that was doing my ECG was confused because my ECG was good but my pulse was around 48-58 range and he didn't saw anyone that low (obviously because in my country people usually don't take term insurance at age 22 meanwhile I am an Indian 🇮🇳). I was like I didn't know I was that healthy so he took ECG 3 times and even recommended me to his senior doctor. In the end nothing was wrong just my heart was a good healthy boy 😁.

Hey guys, the more exercise and the more variety of it that we do the better off we will be. We always have to listen to our body when we are exerting ourselves so we don't over do it and injure ourselves. It's some very good information that y'all have uploaded in this video!🎉😮😊
