I remember seeing this video last year when i was looking around for competitive eating videos. I was amazed by how good people were at eating food then the video Stan and Arjen watched may look like it wasn't believable, however for someone of that guys size he had to break down the meals in separate days so he could avoid things like hospital visits for example.

I’m fairly sure Erik fasts before these challenges and, when watching other ones, he does crazy amounts of exercise between, like 100+ mile bike rides, lots of walking and running. And the reason why the time was confusing and the changes of clothes is because he gives himself a full 24 hours, so when it was 12, it was 12am and presumably he went back to bed after that (or to the gym 😂)
