I'm a retired professional driver, with over 750,000 miles in 40 years, but since I don't possess a penis, they think they can get away with this stuff. It's so disturbing, even when you know the answer because it still looks creepy. Apparently the lady had a hoodie on backwards so she could put the hood over her face and sleep. What we see is the side of her face and her ear with an earphone in it, which creates the illusion of an eye.
