Hard lesson I have learned from losing projects from the same sort of thing. There is usually a setting in the software you're using that you can turn on a feature that saves every certain amount of minutes and ALSO saves them as different versions so you can return to a specific time. It saves them in a SEPERATE harder to find recovery folder too! You know, in case you do something incredibly stupid like save over it or something while trying to fix it.. I don't know why any one would ever do that because I mostly certainly haven't haha lol I'm not crying.
