📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
200 g raisins (1 cup)
40 ml orange juice (2 ½ tbsp)
100 g chopped almonds (3.5 oz or 1 cup)
20 g fresh yeast (0.7 oz or 2 ¼ tsp dry yeast)
120 g lukewarm milk (4.2 fl oz or ½ cup)
1 tablespoon of sugar
200 g butter (7 oz or ¾ cup), softened
100 g powdered sugar (3.5 oz or ¾ cup)
70 g marzipan raw mixture (2.5 oz or ⅓ cup)
500 g all-purpose flour (4 cups)
1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 drops of rum flavor
2-3 drops of bitter almond aroma
For rolling:
200 g butter (7 oz or ¾ cup)
200 g powdered sugar (3.5 oz or 1 ¾ cups)
50 g almonds, sliced (1.75 oz or ½ cup)
Bake: 155°C (about 310°F) 15 to 20 minutes, fan oven
