Andrei, tin cans can be rust if you put it inside the refrigerator. It is not recommended to put tin cans inside the fridge because rusting might occur. It can cause food poisoning and tetanus.

@wps3023 no, may lata kasi na madaling magrereact sa cold and moist temperature. Hindi lahat ng lata pare-pareho ang quality ng tin sheets na ginagamit. Same lng din yan sa ibang products na may good and bad quality. As a worker before of a multinational food company, they don't allow the usage of tin cans if they saw atleast a small dot of rust in a can. There is a strict protocol upon handling a tin cans.

Spaghetti is still a pasta. They only changes name because of the shape. The one your mom used is fusili, a spiral or twist shape pasta. Other shapes are: Pene -tube with slanting edges, a short cut pasta Rigatoni -a short cut pasta that is a wide tube Ziti - just like pene but has straight cut edges like rigatoni Farfale - bow ties shape Fetuccini - a flat long pasta Linguini - flat just fetuccini but has a more oblongated sides and surface. And man many more shapes of pasta. Another tip...tge pasta is tasteir when cooked mixed with the sauce for a couple of minutes. That is the big difference of a homecook spaghetti to a fastfood one.

TRY any pasta with Century Tuna since you are Vegetarian. 1 Red Bell pepper 3 pcs or 4 pcs of garlic 1 big onion white or red 2 big Cans of Century Tuna in flakes in Oil only. u can put 1 small can of Spicy Tuna can (up to you? -- Sauteed all ingredients then pour it to your Pasta. you can add cheese on top.

just cook the vegetables. If you add the Tuna it is no longer a vegan dish. Any added proteins need to be plant based in order for it to be vegetarian. Andrey get the product for yourself before they add the tuna and you will be staying within your vegetarian parameters.

Andre don't leave the pasta sauce in an open can tin it might contaminated.. you should transfer the pasta sauce into a plastic container if you will use it later purposes.. if you really want to cook real pilipino spaghetti you search at KZbin.. Anyway you all are the one who eat spaghetti so your style of cookiing

When I make pasta sauce I start with garlic, onion, chopped. Saute in a bit of oil. When they are soft I add the minced meat. I brown the meat then I add chopped bell pepper green and red. I also add bay leaves and Italian herbs powder. I add beef broth to cook the meat and vegies. Then add tomato sauce. You need a big can for the size of your family. Add salt and black pepper. I don't add sugar in my pasta sauce. If you have fresh parsley add them chopped befo

Chicken liver recipe: wash nicely cut into bite size. Sautee ginger, garlic and onion in oil, then liver till little brownish then put soy sauce and oyster sauce, pepper and half can sprite or 7up, boil til little sauce remaining. Thats it! Enjoy with rice or bread❤

Del Monte Cannery's were originally based in Hawaii for their canned vegetables but more so for their canned pineapple. Once they found they could produce their products cheaper in PH they shut down their Hawaii production of pineapple and vegetables and moved to the PH where labor and production costs were cheaper. Hawaii still imports many Del Monte products as it is a known and respected brand here in our islands.

Andrei,, we, not only we but almost all cooks, sautei procedure like this, oil first, let it hot, then garlic and onion let it medium brown by mixing it well then the sauce.add condiments, .cook it simmer for at least 1 minute then add meat.and adjust the taste ..you know, the chemistry brings in a lot of delicious smell and flavor, because cooking is also a form of science. When Mama Olga do these it will be a DOUBLE YUM. when you go back to Russia they will experience Filipino cuisine at its best. try to do it,

Just a little more info from your grandmother follower…..any pasta, whether spaghetti, penne, fettuccine etc can be mixed with any pasta sauce. In our supermarkets, we have a lot of flavors of pasta sauce, not only red sauce but white sauces for carbonara. It much better to debone the chicken or use breast meat then shred it. Sauté it with onions & garlic,then add the sauce. When it simmers, add the cooked pasta, topped it with cheese. You can also use canned tuna instead of chicken. Olga is a good cook. Let her experiment with the different pastas and sauces. Happy cooking!!!

FYI Del Monte Pasta Sauce is not a Filipino Sauce. This canned sauce is sold throughout the world mainly in the USA and Hawaii. It is a known brand and the sauce you are using is usually used to make Italian style spaghetti or a base for most pasta dishes like Ravioli, Lasagne and more but it is not a Filipino sauce.

A Filipino Sauce because commercially produced in the Philippines but not a Culturally Filipino Sauce like one used to make Adobo, Sinigang or Dinuguan as I have never seen my Filipino grandmother use Del Monte Pasta sauce in any of her dishes, Del Monte tomato sauce perhaps but not the pasta sauce.

Nice pasta sauce! But a word of advice Andrey, don't let the sauce sit inside the tin can, if there's unused sauce, better to put it in a separate plastic container. In most Filipino families/households we let the small kids eat using their hands at home so they will learn at young age even if the food has sauce in it. Then slowly teach them do's & dont's like keeping the food on the plate & pick up those food falling on the table as a respect for food. That is how Filipino started eating by hands, it was was thought & practiced at home. I know many Europeans are strict about using hands while eating & mostly used fork & knife while dining. That is why some foreigners coming to the Phils. are not used to spoon & using hands while eating.

I guess I’m spoiled. I wish I could live like that .. I guess too pampered . I lived out in nature in The Redwood Forrest in Northen California , that was living in Nature for me . Try to cook chicken liver adobo, Wash the Chicken liver then put in the pot then add soy sauce,garlic,black pepper 1 tablespoon of sugar, After cook add one tablespoon of vinegar and oil then simmer for just a seconds...
