No one has ever won from 3rd card. The closest anyone ever came: Paul McBeth, 2017 HOFC, the NT finale. Shot something like a 14 down from 3rd card into a 3-way tie with Ricky (1st card) and Simon (2nd card). At the time they were the top 3 rated players in the world. Went on to a 3 or 4 hole playoff, which Rick won. Insane finish.
