Cytochrome is an incredibly underrated battler, he loves running teams using grimer / muk and thinks outside the box a lot with it

That mirror match was an amazing showcase, the Last Resort Umbreon and PoisonJab vs Lick Muk was one pf the best showcase for the move difference, the last second catch was also a very good play!

I actually thought if i should invest in an elite fast tm on my shadow muk. But then i realised I'd have a very hard time against all the umbreons vigoroths dubwools and to some extent even the fairies. The hard hitting stab shadow poison jab was the way for me

Is lock much of an advantage over snarl? It seems like a sideways movement. They’re both strong against ghost and psychic types and are both weak against dark types. I’m not sure which match ups it would make a difference

Lick is more of a fast attack pressure move type, see it as if it was dragon breath, meanwhile snarl offers very few fast move pressure but generates more energy

I've had a legacy lick Muk built for ages in Ultra. Thought it would be cool for all the ghost/dark in meta, but boy was I wrong. It sucks imo especially considered to using poison jab on it which gets stab.
