Its actually not that surprising. Roblox has games similar to these where users click something to obtain a limited UGC (Roblox cosmetic) and which can be sold for Robux at varying prices to other players.

I feel like in order to make money off this game I'd have to spend the same amount of time on this game that I do in Euro Truck Simulator 2, I've played over 6,000 hours, Driven 1.32 Million Kilometers in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and I feel like I'd have to do that in Banana in order to make money in Banana. Key difference is Euro Truck Simulator 2 is much more enjoyable than Banana. I know this because I tried the game and then proceeded to uninstall it after 30 minutes.
