[ Garlicky Chicken Wingette ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🍳 10 pcs Chicken Wingette
🍳 1 stalk of Spring Onion
🍳 5 Slices Ginger
🍳 1/2 Lemon Juice
MARINADE INGREDIENTS
🍳 50g Garlic
🍳 1/2 Onion
🍳 35ml Soy Sauce
🍳 25ml Mirin
🍳 25ml Sake
🍳 1/2 Tsp Salt
🍳 1/2 Tsp Sugar
🍳 10ml Sesame Oil
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Poke hole on the chicken wingette
2. Parboil the chicken for 3 minutes with ginger, spring onion (tie knot) and 1/2 lemon juice.
3. Blend all the marinade ingredients
4. Place the parboiled chicken wingettes into a ziploc bag
5. Pour the marinade sauce into the ziploc bag
6. Marinade for at least 2 hours
7. Remove chicken after marinade, then dap dry the chicken
8. Fry the chicken until both sides turn golden brown
