It feels like some sort of festival where you’re playing a symbolic game to protect a “maiden” from “monsters” but it’s no longer symbolic , the maiden is real and so are the monsters!

There’s a game that plays similarly to this called Hellwarders actually with similar action rts and defense setup, although I think here they refined the action combat here

Ooh, Imagine if either Wind Serpent Ibushi or Thunder Serpent Narwa being a crossover DLC boss battle! They could've just made the story surrounding them that the yokais are not attacking the village purposefully this time around. And actually just trying to run away from violent Storm God who came from another world.

Game looks absolutely gorgeous, but so far it's looking pretty meh with the actual gameplay I've seen so far. Also, feels a little disappointing it doesn't look like it's open-world vs. those gorgeous graphics.
