Hex codes for colors consist of either 3 or 6 hex characters (preceded by a pound symbol). From low to high first are digits 0-9 then A-F with 0 being absolute lowest and F being absolute highest. Knowing this is nice since dark colors are likely to be in the digit range so no C/D. Since C/D are relatively high values it's easier to find a dark color than a light one. Of course white is valid but probably black is more OP since it's just 0's. @@maddiesmenagerie8853

If we are saying that the KZbin link had to stay (which would be best), by the time he had to do the sacrifice, the only eligible letters to get rid of were c, d, x, and z. Every other letter would permanently break a rule if you got rid of it.
