We gotta find a clip of this show where he asks the kid if she likes cupcakes. Also, not defending the guy, but I know why this was put in the show as a running thing. Its because of family fued. The first host looked like average joe, but the running gag was every woman wanted him, so wives would flirt with him, some even going as far as wrapping their legs around him. I think thats what they were thinking when they okay'd this. But... jesus. First, Fued guy never F'd with the kids, and his flirting was always gentlemanly. His kisses were on cheeks or hands, and you could see him genuinely cringe when women would take it too far. I think someone in a board room said "we need a host like that". And in the far corner of the room, the casting director started licking his lips. Thinking about icing some cupcakes.
