May I suggest this proposal for the woman, (pass the info to her), that in due season, the bakery be moved from the garage to a separate part of the compound, depending on the available land size. That is so true about eating fresh bread, I'm from Jamaica and as soon as I land I eat bread because you can get it fresh and hot every day when I visit, but as soon as I reach back home to the USA eating bread stops.

That’s one of the issues with Africa. When families employ domestic workers…since there there is absolutely zero social security assistance, these families are obliged to continue to provide for the beloved worker because they can’t leave her high and dry in her older days. We sure are still a continent of backwardness.
